I don't know if its right to say it, but Yu Seungwon is a wasted potential for just a half-season special appearance villain. That final scene at the art gallery would be a more satisfying climax if it had been a season-long serial killer mystery from the beginning, he went all-out embodying the value of his character. I wouldn't be surprised if Yu Seungho securing awards from his performance, first time seeing him and he's such a great actor.
that Kim Ji Hoon tease is definitely interesting for season 3 but its time for difference i guess? cant lie its getting too formulaic for regular case episodes, we've seen all kinds of bad guys went after I-soo, can't have another one without a convincing twist
a little romance for I-soo would be nice as well to follow ahjussi's steps 😂 whether its Lee Kang Hyun or Ju Hyera, I-soo deserves some love after everything he went through 😭😭
Yu Seungwon is no doubt the mvp this season, gotta say that the rest were pretty meh and formulaic after a while. need a strong premise if they're making season 3, hope we're getting something in tomorrow's finale!!

Honestly i'm pretty disappointed with Ju Hye Ra's characterization, she's just outclassed by Seungwon and overshadowed by I-soo in every case. Even now, her character is only there for Seungwon's case to surface and stay relevant, and he's still not an official suspect.
On the bright side, I-soo is wrong for dissing Seungwon as a momma's boy lmao 😭 he done get that boy stressed, cant wait for finale next week!
Okay we're getting serious now, i believe the final arc gonna be bigger than we thought and its going to involve I-soo personally, possibilities:
1. Younghwan (the junkie friend from season 1) is just there for revenge plot, swapping medicines or bribing the doctor type of stunt
2. I-soo have hidden violent personality after experiencing major trauma like Seungwon, both watched someone's death in real-time as a kid. The post-credit scene shows a police uniformed I-soo is watching from his inner conscious and starts walking towards reality to snap-off the kill. Don't forget the shaman's vision of I-soo bathed in blood! Huge stretch and retcon, but interesting plot after the hints
stop dragging and give us Yu Seongwon arc already 😭hope the rest of the episodes will be it.

for some reason i don't like how basically everything gets revealed through these disconnected teases, the first teases of Seungwon has been mysterious and exciting for Ju Hye Ra's story, but as more gets revealed, at this point we've assembled the mystery and the cat-and-mouse chase is only thing left, i bet they gonna spice it up by personalizing I-soo's story to it

yeah that gloomy serial killer with crazy side is cool, but the characterization so far is shallow even after countless 10 seconds screentime tease, surely we'll see more of his true motive and signature
i find it weird that Hye-Ra literally have no evidence over Seungwon, everything was just missing person cases and gut feeling, i really thought it'd be deeper backstory
i also wonder if Seungwon sculpt his victims body as the art itself (like the villain in Connect kdrama starring Jung Hae In), cant wait to see more of his methods and how the gang will solve it!

One of the best crime-comedy kdrama (idk what else to describe the genre 😂), it started serious and story-heavy, but turns out its pretty light, and its a good one!
Some things are let down, coming as expecting 100% crime-thriller. But i'm happy how the story takes place and for each character conclusion.
Ji Sung and Ha Yoon Kyoung's chemistry also surprisingly works well, the romance potential is just rightt

At first, i'm (safe to say most of everyone is) disappointed Park Ji Hyun/Lee Kang Hyun is getting replaced. But after the first 2 episodes. DAMN, i have zero complaint.

At this point Lee Kang Hyun's absence is rather a good potential than sidelining, she's formally acknowledged for overseas training and the whole team is okay with that, meaning there's room for her return and imagine the power team if that happens!!
