Yes they did well in visualizing the patients' imagery, I could definitely tell that one of the casting directors/writer has gone through a mental "adventure".
This drama literally gave me more than enough insight on what MENTAL ILLNESS truly means & how to better myself in judging people (even though I'm awfully conscious) I cried so much for Kim seo wan- gosh I'm having a painful flashback now. I realized that the true menace/hoodlums in the society aren't thieves or murderers- They are people who judge & stigmatize! just look at how someone's opinion can literally turn a person's life upside down. I'll never judge people who commit suicide again, now I know that truly they must have been very hurt. IM CRYINGGG (but I don't recommend it, pls don't consider it you'll break my heart<3)
