Okay so I watched this one but the YouTube version. then I saw some edits and was like I don’t remember this part. So I was like need to look up the uncut version. OH MY GOD!!! I was shocked by what I didn’t see. TutorYim were already a cute CP but after this show I will be putting them in the freaky CP column of Domundi couples.
I seen people not like this drama cause there is no likable character in the drama. I have to say that I am on ep 7 and I am eating up all the crazy shit that is happening. I don’t even care if there is a happy ending or just justice for all her manipulative stuff. I am just along the ride of the train wreck that is her craziness.
I am just going to say I rarely watch high school dramas. so after watching moonlight chicken and love GeminiFourth acting and chemistry, as well as all the comments about it. I decided to give this drama a chance. it did not disappoint. It was such a fluffy and I enjoyed every moment it. I feel not on was rooting for the main couple but the friendship of the group was great. it was also nice not to have an episode 11 misunderstanding or a female character that was annoying and trying to disturb the couple. Overall, I would tell anyone that doesn’t typically watch high school dramas to give this one a chance.
you laid out every fault I had with the drama. the addition of Cherry to the story line drove me insane. After first appearance I started fast forwarding thru her parts. I read the novel and a lot of her scenes were useless.
As for the chemistry of Yoon/Ton it wasn’t there till the end. i seriously think they didn’t have a workshop for the drama. they had a meeting, read the script and started shooting

You have said exactly what I feel about this drama. I think the downfall of the plot is that they cut key points from novel that would have helped the plot.

I also think the kid disappearing also is going to play into the trauma that is haunting SeoJoon. We got hints of it in season one and again when they were searching for the girl. Maybe we will get to see what cause it. We know it has to do with his trouble childhood.
It is good to see that someone else hated all the characters and saw the storyline was crap. I don’t know why people give it such a high rating. Another thing that bothered the crap out me was that he was suppose to this super rich guy but only has blue plaid suits.
Okay, Scarlet Heart was release four years ago. My friend and I still can't get over the ending. It is not even the main couple's story line that hurt us. It is the side characters. This drama kind of took out my heart and had a stamped of horse trample over it.
MODC is dead to me. For me the ending ruined the whole drama. Like you said it is only 9eps.
