I'm not absolutely against minors in showbiz/entertainment, bc I understand it's a necessary evil but I think it was a major oversight on the producers/casters/whatever's part to cast a minor knowing that the male lead is a grown adult. I'd feel the same way if it was the 23 year old actor, too. There's plenty of slice of life highschool dramas she could be cast for instead of this. It's just icky all around. If they insisted on her being in this historical drama, she should've been given a different role.
