I think the headline says it all, but I would've really enjoyed if not for the incest... I mean I fucking cried my eyes out but be ware incoming spoilers:

They turned out to reincarnate into each other's families making them each other's own grandnephews... like he becomes his own Grand Uncle in law... and his sister is like his grandmother in law...
