After a very good episode last week, this week's episode was very dissapointing. So many unnecessary and out of the blue scenes that don't add anything to the story. On the opposite, don't make any sense. For example, the scenes with the bullies. Like, what was that? Since school they've been bullies and just because of a dream they change. And I can't see why was that even important for the story in the first place. The list of unnecessary scenes is long, so I won't talk about that more. The acting was generally bad too. The only thing that helps the show right now is the chemistry between Ace and Sky. It's very good. And you can feel the emotions between them. Unfortunately, the execution, directing and script was not good.

My expectations were very low for this series. But I love it so far. It's been so good. The chemistry, the music, the acting. Can't wait for the new episode now.

Yes. It's true. But it's too bad that we didn't have any real scene between North and Ongsah. They're the reason I keep watching this show. Hahaha

Same. I will stop watching this series for now. It's frustrating. Maybe in a few months I'll start watching again to see if there was some improvements and progress in this show.

As much as I want this new season, I'm also very worried about it. I seriously distrust Mame, the author of the books. The first season already has problematic issues, and by watching Love By Chance S2, I see that neither she or the studio understand the problem with rape and harrassment. When are these problematics going to stop in Thai series?

Oh, Gameboys. I love that show. It's so amazing. Even more after watching the finale. It really surpassed all my expectatives.

It deserves to have a 9+ rating. I'm waiting impatiently for it. ?

I know, right? Was really Jimmy using such an offensive word like it's nothing? Or is it a problem with the translation? I felt so angry with that scene.

I also live in Australia. And there's a good VPN that is affordable. Surfshark. That's the one I use. I don't pay WeTV VIP, but I can still watch one episode per week.

You're right, but a great popularity is not equal to a great quality. Sometimes is sad that some series/movies/books are more popular than others that deserve more recognision for their quality. That doesn't mean I hate this series, they surely put a lot of effort to create this show and they worked to achieve its commercial success. I'm happy that this could help to normalise even more BL series. I just hope we can see better quality series with this level of recognition.

This special was ok. But no more than that. It's quite forgettable. After the bad ending in 2gether my expectations were low, and I guess they did a good job for a special. Still, this series for me lacks the emotional connection, specially with the main couple. The plot is very messy and everything looks so forced, even the kiss. I don't mind that a series don't show kisses, the most important is the chemistry. What I didn't like about the kiss is that it's only there to satisfy the people who complained about that. Nothing more. There were no real emotions. During the first season they had so many beautiful and heartwarming scenes that could have benefited with a kiss, because it would have feel organic.Those kisses are the ones that have a real impact, when there's a context and a situation that is worthy. What I really liked about this season was the relationship between Man and Type. It's very healthy and cute. Even when Man is a funny guy, he's very thoughtful and a really good boyfriend. I hope we could see more relationships like that in BLs as a main couple.

I'm also worry whenever I see any show announcing a second season, specially after a satisfying ending like this one in Gameboys. But I'm actually confident that the director and producers are going to make a good job in season two. They have proven so far that they can make a great quality series

I don't know how to feel about this series anymore. I like the characters and the plot is different. But last episodes are going nowhere. Nothing is happening, scenes are unnecessary long. At least the production has improved. But I'm feeling like I should stop watching now, and maybe retake the series in two months to see if the story has finally move forward.

This is by far the best BL series of this year for me. The chemistry was amazing even when most of the series is by video call. I'm surprised by the acting, the production, the script, everything. Finally a BL series that has a different approach to several issues that are generally poorly handle in mostly BLs. I'm sad now that the first season ended, but happy that this is such an amazing series!

Also in Amore the series, that main lead(Jimmy) is openly gay

There's already a Filipino BL that the main lead is openly gay in real life. The series is Amore, you can find it on YouTube. And the actor is the one who plays Jimmy.

I don't know, but one of the things that bothers me the most is Pond's character. He's one of my favorites from season 1. But here, he looks so off, it's like a whole different character. Let's see what happens in the next episodes
