Nice selection! City Hunter's The Score is the best! I particularly like 'Liar' because it sounds like something from a Tim Burton film or The Nutcracker. 'Hot Spade' and 'Puchai Love'are also good.
SKKS had lots of instrumentals(wind and stringed)that were soothing to the ears but sadly MBC didn't release most of them after the drama ended.
Arang and the Magistrate also has several likable instrumental tracks. I find 'The White Stairs' from Arang more European in sound than Oriental. ^_^

Hello, Tranquil! I see you're watching Shark. Is it good? Does it involve crying each episode?
Will you kill me if I tell you that I can't stand her? Now I watched a few things with her, but she didn't appeal…
I agree with that comment. It also goes the other way around. Some people bash you for liking an actor, sometimes the comment is deliberately to insult your taste in actors and dramas/movies or even point out how you're such a newbie that you don't deserve an opinion.
That said, forgive me otakusk. I don't really like her but I'll watch her movie with Kim Rae Won (My Little Bride) and the saeguk Painter of the Wind. Great article! I actually ended up picking two for my PTW! :)
Awesome Japanese list. Would love to add Osamu Mukai for his charming smile, and on the Korean list,I'd rather add Park Ki Woong's mischievous smile than JGS's.
Uhm Tae Woong was great in Queen Seon Deok, I hope to see him in action in Knife and Flower. It looks interesting but I can't say the same for the female lead.
Waah~! I think I'll pass on the others for now...too many dramas to catch up on.

Annyeong! I love your avi! <3 She's my fave character! :)
Can't really vote since I haven't watched three out of five of those.
Wished there were more options and that the categories were drama vs drama and movie vs movie.
It'd be great if somebody could make a compilation of great sword fights, martial arts and free-style fighting scenes too!

sunbae, I've started watching Startling by Each Step and now I can't stop it. Q___Q
Hmm...goldenseal sunbae has recommended this to me before but I was a bit hesitant because of the number of episodes. Thanks to you, I'll start watching this because I liked all your reasons. I like a good historical drama (with an element of fantasy; so this makes it a fusion), I love a strong female lead, and of course I'm for a heart-melting romance.
I think the title and the first paragraph are generalized and a bit misleading. It might have been more appropriate…
It's okay. You'll do better next time. :) It's a bit difficult to express ourselves in English especially if it's not our first language.

I'm finding it an easier watch than Bambino! It's weird for me because I'm not the sportsy type and I get attracted to food a whole lot more! :D

Glad you liked it. :) The graphics in that movie were really good too. And I also got around to watching Buzzer Beat because everybody seem to be all praises about the revelation kiss. :D I'm still at Ep 2 though. I've put every Kdrama on hold for the meantime.
I think the title and the first paragraph are generalized and a bit misleading. It might have been more appropriate to specify that the article was about kisses in dramas and how you came to your preference for Kdramas above dramas from Japan and Taiwan than to simply say 'Kdramas are above all' using kisses as the sole gauge for its superiority.
For dramas to be considered good, they don't necessarily have to have kisses in them. But perhaps in a romance drama/genre, kisses should be a given--unless of course it's a family or high school drama, we might only see a peck (or God forbid, those wall kisses).
I have to tell you the kisses, yes plural, scene in Gu Family Book should probably get an award.... I hate the…
Don't you just dislike those 360-degree camera rotation on kisses? It's so overused and it makes you so dizzy you want to throw up. Kdramas have those!
