This drama did not quite followed the anime and the novel but it’s still very good in my opinion, and yea I agree wang Juan the screenwriter wasted a bit too much Time on the set up of the teamwork but I think it’s quite well done , it serves as a basic to create understanding between the viewers and the complexity of the 7 devils. We as viewers need to see and to feel how they become such a coordinated group and this kind of team work could not be achieved in a mere days . It took times and accumulation of shared experiences. Now I just wish Wang Juan the king of cliffhanger won’t put us through another suffering of another cliffhanger and left us viewers stranded in that shitty cliff ?

I was wondering about that myself especially since the world building inside this series and the cgi is so much better than fei, here I am hoping viewers would give this series a chance

I have watched up to ep 15 and I love every little aspects of this TV series . Yes, I know tang San is not as perfect as the one in the anime but for a teenage boy who hasn’t gone through any past life or transmigration; he’s doing quite well. I sincerely wish people would just start watching this and give this series a chance ?.
