VLC player is good for opening a variety of video files, so I would recommend it. I use it to open my AVI files.

You have to be a member of the community ueda-world to access the link. So when it shows you the "You do not have access rights to view this entry" there should be some links and one of them should say something about "View recent journal entries" or something like that. Once you click that, on top there should be a link that says "Join this community". Once it's approved then you should be able to download the movie. Of course be sure to follow their rules & all that good stuff~
