Bro really what in the world. Even the main couple was rushed, let alone the second. It had to be at least one more ep. So much was left out. What do you mean Gao Tu only got a hug after all that. I wanted ti see Wenlang on his knees crying and begging. They just left it at at hug. Really not even a little epilogue in the end. It felt reading a kids book where the entire plot is explained in a few pages with 10 words on each page.

Don't get me wrong. The series was really good throughout. The new concepts and the courage to act out MPreg and all but come on the last ep is criminal. All the chemistry built up so far just went down the drain. The pain Gao Tu went through and how much Hua Yong suffered during the delivery scene was criminally under played.

I knew there won't be much screen time for the second cp but this god please no. At least we got a public apology but there is no way Wenlang would believe the Gao Tu would betray him. It just doesn't make sense.

At least give me a special ep. please. This is torture really.

Okay hear me out. I know many people are really mad about the second cp plot development I really think this ep gave them a little justice. SWL already found out about GT's omeaga identity, they already set the plot for his father to cause trouble, GT after giving up completely is determined to take it to the end, GQ is worried for her brother hence they stay in the same city so SWL will find him soon.

I don't get people are mad at Gao Qing, she cares about her brother and made sure he will have enough medical care for his high risk pregnancy while acknowledging the threat their dad posed.

The GM finding out is also well structured. It had a really good reason. Although the previous eps had less screen time and less story, this ep was better.

The last scene where SWL walking in daze held more meaning. Its hard to pack the agony of 3 year separation into a few months by my guess. They had to move to narrative description due to the lack of screen time. Writing a Story and making it into a movie are two different things. Its easier to change the script than it is to change the scene.

In my opinion this ep is not as bad people make it be.

first and foremost this is not a romance drama. Its a well written laid back story with out the usual dopamine rush of the legal drama. It revolves around civil cases and a few criminal cases.
This mainly depicts the life of 5 attorneys in the same lunch group and have a friendship that is built by going through thick and thin.
Each character has his or her own struggles. It is not everyone's cup of tea but to me it is brilliant.
You dive into the life of a realistic attorney with their own personal struggles. It depicts how the job once they loved can be draining but still they can love and enjoy it. Its show people struggling with the challenges the job brings and still love it.
One particular scene where they all join for dinner together after facing a difficult situation. Although their problems were not solved, they found peace in that moment. Sharing their day and uplifting each other.
It shows that everyday is a battle, small or big, it dose go away in a single day like in all dramas. They can have peace and happy moments when struggling.
Everyone has a secret at the end of the day and they have the right to share it at their own pace.
I particularly enjoyed the dynamics of their friend group. They had misunderstanding yet they believed in each other. They did not make a fuss about their differences and was willing to help and support each other in every way possible. No one was left out even when they were upset with each other. No one was criticized for taking their own time with things.
The drama shows how each character navigates life and finds their path at their own time line. With different past and different futures, their path meets briefly in life.
Will they continue in the same path or walk a different one?
but one thing certain is that their friendship will stay even if they move away. Because that is life, you meet people, you spend time with them while you are there then you keep growing and you will have to say goodbye.
You make the most out of the time you have.
Their life doesn't end at each episode or at the end of the series, just like any person its just a glimpse of their life.
This season was really great personally I enjoyed it more than the first one. It was not about mun being a hero, it was about the struggles they face when the value they hold (i.e.. saving the good from the bad) is threatened when the most kind hearted person they know turns into an evil spirit. I understand that people are furious about the no romance part but I think this story line was soo much better. They are a family and they stay a family till the end. So, don't hold back from watching it, you might miss up on the good parts.

I get that this show has mixed opinions but to me the show was entertaing. I agree the splitting the series was a dumb idea but I think it has something to do with the flow. I hated that they did the same for Alchemy of souls but after trying to binge watch it I realized that I need a break between the two seasons as the second one was more serious. I couldn't continue the 2nd season as the first one seemed to be more light hearted.
I think the overall plot was good. It did have some plot holes but I believe it might be cleared in the 2nd season.
Some people said that the plot with her aunt was unnecessary but I think it was needed and it was like 5 minutes and that's it .
The character "Van" did have a personality. He was feeling guilty and distanced himself from her yet protected her.
The young priest "yohan" is good and eun wo did good. Comparing his previous works, this is the best character he has ever taken so far
The fl was interesting, she was broken on the inside and hid it with her goofy personality. She was immature at times but I think it went well with her character.
This series is really worth the time I spent on it. I know people have different opinions and I respect that. I hope you can respect mine too. I would really recommend this series to people who are debating weather to watch it or not. Give it a try you might like it or hate it. You will never know if you don't try

After reading all the comments I don't think its as bad as the comments say. I like how each episode is a story in it self. I like how it shows that although it revolves around the ml its not a one mans show. She was not portrayed as a goddess, she was just different and young with the mind to accept remarks and change herself when she was wrong. Everyone had some flaw and they all grew together. The ML was not better than the rest but she was obviously giving it her all. It was only that she was way more outgoing than the rest. I personally liked her wardrobe. It was in no way flashy and it was really comfortable. She was an athlete and they prefer cloths that are suitable for large movements. I like that they keep confusing us with the MLs but its really interesting till now and I m sure it will be so till the end.
