Well some part of your words are true but let's not forget that GaOn was like this from the begining. and in this episode he still didn't believe YoHan he was just like.. nah he may be a monster but professor give me some evidence and then i have an excuse to go stab him Again. The relationship between Gaon and Soohyun was really a cliche. he just confesses that he loves her out of the blue and then she is killed. I mean we only saw flashbacks from their past. Soohyun's character wasn't well written. They didn't have to be in love at all, the freindship was more beautiful and unique. This episode was boring. Well i had a bad day and TDJ made it more miserable for me. Theory Time :) I feel that Professor Min Jung is kindda fishy and is behind the Foundation and is the big boss. and in the case of the church fire, perhaps both Yo Han and Isaac plotted to gather all these shitty people in the church under the pretext of donating big money and destroy them by fire, but a third person intervened and destroys the plan and Isaac and his wife are killed, and as a result, Yo Han has a guilty conscience and feels guilty about his brother's death. I think Professor Min Jung deliberately chose Gaon as an assistant judge because he is aware of his great resemblance to Isaac and the influence it has on Yo Han. I think what Yo Han does with Gaon is similar to what Hannibal did with Will.
