Usually in ancient costume drama they just show scenes in the capital most of the time and they only show generals when they are back from war. So this is what is happening in the barracks, commander and soldiers are busy training. I enjoy the fight scenes and He Yan is believable as a pretty boy. She can pass as a male in my eyes. I like that ML and 2nd ML actually saw through her disguise within a short time. I'm drowned watching cdrama shorts in youtube, so this one brings me back to ongoing full-length dramas and it amazes me with serious production. I like Yezhou army. Just enjoy watching it. No need to stress with the details. I'm happy I'm finally watching it after years of anticipation. I love Zhou Ye

That one also, but I've watch too many spoilers of that scene so it was ruined for me. I always think the best and purest interaction of Jay-jay and Keifer is when it is only the two of them together and no other people around lurking to interrupt them when they are immersed in their own little world.

Just done ep. 10 and Yuri never fails to ruin everything for me just by being extra annoying and overreacting to everything about Jay-jay. He will be more annoying to next episodes I don't think I can stand it. The most precious scene between Jay and Keifer in this ep is when they are alone in that secret room and just staring at each other, that moment is pure bliss. It gives me happy feeling.

Done watching ep 9 and this show still getting better and becoming more interesting

Keifer always do big favors but Yuri just small ones but he always takes credit and Keifer has to tease Jay just to get a simple thank you

Just done with ep 7 and no even though there is chemistry between Rabin and Ashtine, can't help but find Yuri annoying, I'm always for the male lead in every drama and never got any second lead syndrome, no matter how green flag that second lead. Yuri and Jay had more interactions than Keifer and Jay. It's really annoying when second leads try to steal the attention of female lead

Just watched ep 6, Yuri and Jay had their sole moment together but I think it's Kiefer that really suits her. If the actor playing Yuri is not Rabin, in the series he won't even stand a chance against Keifer. David is more a fitting opponent than Yuri

People are really blind. Yuri had been showing red flags since day one. There's something that's menacing in him. I don't like Kiefer but he's starting to grow on me.
