I need these two to be in another drama together!! I wanted to love this so bad! *cries*
This should've been the perfect drama for me: beautiful leads in a fantasy-thriller. What more could I have asked for?!Watching this reminded me of Rattan (which I liked) or even I am Nobody (which I really liked), but the romance wasn't executed as well as the former and the fantasy wasn't executed as well as the latter. Personally, I think it's on the writing/directing. The romance was on par with the average Chinese idol drama which is such a waste on Dilraba Dilmurat and Chen Xing Xu! I loved seeing Dilraba Dilmurat being a badass, but I don't trust these scripts! I'll settle for a well thought out romance for these two next time. PLEASE.

Incredible cast
The cast is incredible. Ren Su Xi's acting is so natural as usual. I looked forward to Wang Xiao who did not disappoint. I was also curious about Ye Zu Xin. I don't think his voice is that suited for this role, it sounded like he was purposefully making his voice sound deep and low. But his acting is solid. Lan Xi Ya's role is very limiting, but she did a good job. I haven't watched any of Dong Qing's dramas, but her performance in this one really impressed me. Her breakdowns were really captivating even though it's another situation where the male counterpart can't keep up. During her highlight scenes, I didn't feel like her brother managed to act out his character's very complicated emotions. I'm confused if they purposefully wrote the brother the way they did.Otherwise, the only criticism I have of this drama is that: it's a drama that makes me feel like a lot is happening, yet nothing is happening at all. The suspense is definitely there, but somehow the plot feels like it's moving kind of slow. The open ending and how short the show was definitely contributed to this feeling. I think Chinese dramas should stick to their roots and film everything in one go. Please don't torture me with cliff hangers.

Wang Chu Ran really redeemed herself in this one
Note: I've seen the animated show which probably influenced my experience.I think the acting was solid; Wang Chu Ran stood out especially. While the first half was humorous, the second half was a much more serious tone and politics heavy. There were quite a few interesting characters and ideas. But aside from the transmigration aspect, it was pretty much another idol palace drama.

I NEED SEASON TWO NOW
I don't know why I waited so long to watch this!! I think I thought it was going to be one of those unpolished and poorly written web series quality type of show, BUT IT WAS SURPRISINGLY EXACTLY MY STYLE! Each character is so uniquely funny. Each person has their own backstory and there is a more serious plot, but it doesn't take away from the comedy at all. I can't believe there is no new of season two!!!! I need 100 more episodes of this adorable bunch!!Was this review helpful to you?
Silly drama
If you've watched enough Taiwanese comedies, then you'll understand this drama's very unserious and nonsensical ways. If you're not familiar, then I think you can get the vibes just from watching the opening. It's my favorite drama opening in a long time; the song is good too. The writing is not polished, but it's easy to watch. If you're just looking for nonsense to pass the time, this will do.Was this review helpful to you?
Really solid medical drama
Really solid cast and story. This isn't an idol drama, so people who are used to watching medical dramas revolving around the main characters' romance might not enjoy this. This is a medical drama specifically dealing with plastic surgery. The characters were well-written, especially our three main female leads. Each of their storyline is thorough and complex. I never felt like these characters are just doing things for the sake of pushing the plot. The writer did an excellent job writing morally grey characters without making it feel forced. Many different attitudes towards beauty and cosmetic surgery were brought up, and I think they did a good job presenting a healthy perspective on the matter.
The end wasn't perfect, but at least they didn't drag it out.

Easy to watch
Maybe I set my expectations too high seeing that they made three seasons. Maybe I am just not in the mood for this type of comedy nowadays. Not that it's bad, just that it's not everyone's cup of tea. It is very Korean style light-hearted comedy which can be cheesy at times. But aside from the comedy, it does have a darker thriller plot.My biggest takeaway is the feeling that, for Lee Je Hoon, this is not work, this is his hobby lol. Specifically during the voice phishing arc.

Female lead's costume is really pretty
Besides the female lead being really nice to look at (lol), it's a pretty standard web drama so there's going to be space for improvement. But it's pretty simple to follow along and easy to watch and short, so there isn't too much to complain about. The female lead acted out her role perfectly: very cute and loveable. The male lead was very solid. These two could easily do a standard drama together. Was this review helpful to you?

Same old Chinese historical romance template
Underwhelmed. Liu Xue Yi's acting is solid as always, but the female lead couldn't keep up. The story is nothing new.I think the most interesting romance was between the king and the princess. I cannot stand their age-gap, but their acting really sold their love for one another. The female actress brought out the princess's natural youthful naivety. The emperor's romance arc was written and acted out well. The actor was able to convey the character's care and concern for the princess outside of her beauty and how seamlessly it developed into the deep love they eventually have for each other.

Solid Drama
If you're looking for a light-comedy with a sense of justice, this should do the job.Jung Kyung Ho is a consistent and reliable actor as always. The rest of the main cast is also great. They managed to be comedic in a natural way that made sense for their characters.
The plot is solid. I thought they might've leaned into the fantasy aspect in the end, but I liked that they didn't complicate it too much in that aspect. The fantasy is just the premise, and the core of the drama is still about labor issues which I appreciated.

Fell off towards the end
Premise is hilarious; it was funny to watch nothing go according to plan for our main character in the first half of the show. The second half kind of fell off. I think what made the second half weak was that it became too serious: trying to present a greater meaning to a completely ridiculous situation. It's easier to overlook the plot holes when it's just a comedy; but when you start getting serious, the plot holes are harder to ignore. Was this review helpful to you?
Unfortunately disappointing
I loved some of the actors, but this isn't my favorite work from any of them. It's comedy-forward, so it's easy to watch in that sense--not to mention, short. I think the overall plot/story is getting old. I appreciated the message that everyone has their own value. Also, the romance was quite unnecessary, felt like a plot device.Takeaway: I need Moving Season 2 right now.

Solid
I was kind of hooked. I think the PR stuff was quite interesting. Although, my favorite parts are when are leads are being passive-aggressive towards one another and taking it out on their secretary (who I looked forward to seeing on screen every time). Unfortunately, the ending was weird, but not unwatchable weird. Was this review helpful to you?
Quite unique
Everyone's acting is solid, not much to say. Overall, quite a unique comedy suspense police drama. How the drama was shot reminds me of how the Korean drama "Life on Mars" was shot--a little trippy-esque, kind of feels like the main character is in a different world/their own world/on psychedelics lol. However, I must say that it was a little too convoluted. I guessed who the culprit was the moment they showed up on screen, which might be why I did not enjoy the cat and mouse chase. The comedy portion was nice, especially since there are several familiar faces from "Amazing Night" / "Super Sketch Show".Was this review helpful to you?
Interesting drama
I like the "get through levels" aspect of the drama (reminded me of the kdrama, Liar Game). Some of the levels I liked more than others. I also enjoyed the chemistry between the two leads. There is definitely space for improvement, but for this genre and how complicated the plot is: everyone did a good job.Was this review helpful to you?
