I have seen him in a couple shows where he had a really really bad guy, but I knew he was a good actor just by watching him and wanted to see him play something different. Divorce Attorney Shin he is a good guy mis-directed maybe but a good guy none the less. I am glad to see him in a less violent, psycho role, even though he was very good at those roles. Just glad he has not been type casted to those kinds of roles.
My God, does this man play anything other than a revolving door of unsavory, repugnant characters! I'm nearing…
I really wish they would give him a role where he is not such a bad guy. I swear I have seen him in something that he was not the bad guy or not the worst guy. But I have no idea what role it was. I think he is a really great actor.
Tang Jung Sang - is amazing in this. I really wish he had won an award for his portrayal of an Autistic young man. I felt he was spot on. I have known several people with Autism or who are on the spectrum. I have now actually watched the show twice. It is still heart breaking the second time as much as it was the first time. But I still think it was a great show. Well worth the time to watch. I had also hoped for a season 2. Just because I felt it was a wonderful show and I would have liked to have seen more stories.
I rewatched the show for the second time just now and I was wondering about that as well! On the other hand, he…
That is actually a really good point! Honestly that makes me feel better than to think he was the head all along. Which again would explain his expression at the end, he realized the implications of what he had gained. Maybe realized it was not the best place to be.
Why did the commissioner order for Deputy Park Jin Woo to be killed? And secondly in the post credit scene who…
To answer your first question, I think the commission knew that Do Chi Kwang was getting close to figuring out too much. So she had him killed.
I wanted to know who was the Turtle that actually cut the fingers off the attorney and her husband it was never really clear even though we saw the side of his face was not sure who it was. And why did they do it. What did the attorney do that caused them to want to do that too her. I assume it was Jang Hae Ryong.
My last question and I did post this above but maybe someone will know in this thread. I am curious if Do Chi Kwang was actually the top boss of the Giant Club? I ask this since he was able to get the commissioner to the National Assembly. And he had the same kind of look as Young Koons Dad had when he started the Giants Club. Thoughts??? (Kind of suspected Do Chi Kwang for a long time then I let that go but the end made me wonder)
I think it was the attorney's husband. He was a nut even though that kid could not have done that too him he still wanted to take his anger out on someone.
This is a bit of a spoiler so don't read on if you are not interested.
This will give info you may not want to read. So skip it.
I have a question. At the very end when Do Chi Kwang gave the commission an out to the National Assembly. Were we to infer that he was actually the head of the Giant's Club???? Or did he just have a lot of connections?
I'm 100% sure of a couple things. Charlie is alive, Babe's dad is alive and has Babe's power (meaning both have…
Yeah pretty sure Charlie is alive also. But Kenta being Jeff's spy interesting thought. I really wish Kenta would just Kill Tony. I hate to see him abused so much!
I am glad to see him in a larger support role. I really do like him as an actor. Hopefully in the future he will be a lead. I am really liking him in Be Mine Superstar.
I really did love this series. It was a bit short, but they managed to get everything done in that amount of time. I am really surprised that we have not seen any of these actors in anything else. They were all stellar. The main ones had great chemistry. I also liked the second couple they brought in the end. Would have liked to have seen that story. They could have made this a much longer series. I hope these actors all get more chances to act.
He is so much fun to watch. He has such an infectious smile! I originally saw him in the Untamed and really liked his character I am watching League of Noblemen and really like his character in that as well. As others have said would like to see him as a main lead. He is fun to watch!
Yeah I hope we see him in other shows. He only had a bit part but he did play it very well. I would like to see him as a lead. Very strong stage presence.
So here is my thought on the romance. I don't think there was a romance. I think CY did love her but not in a romantic way. He was willing to spend his life with her because he knew that is what he was supposed to do. He had been with her for years. Now I might lose you here. I think there was some kind of thing for WZF. Now follow me on this. 1. The romance/emotion was really one sided for him and his girlfriend, that was obvious. 2. Every time someone asked about CY and WZF relationship there was ALWAYS a long pause (Go back and watch it) Generally someone else answered they were childhood neighbors or if CY was asked there was always a pause then he would say they were childhood friends/ neighbors/etc. 3. CY always wanted to know where WZF was and he wanted to "Protect him" (Ok maybe I have watched one too many BL dramas.) 4. When they were discussing what they each wanted brought to their grave if they died. One wanted Wine the other flowers. Kind of cliché. 5. This one could go either way. But back near the beginning. WZF asked CY if he had buried his father. He had told him no he had not. Which ripped WZF up. Now did he do this just to be mean. No I dont think so I think he did this because he was so upset that is brother/friend/soulmate had not contacted him in three years and he was torn up by it so he wanted him to feel pain as well. But later you found out he had "lovingly" done just the opposite. (But WZF family had treated him well.) 6. Last but not least the last scene. As WZF is "dying" he says "You always looked so handsome in your uniform". CY says I will always wear it, just dont die. Then he carries him off. (Frustrating ending) Now listening to your comments about the short follow up sounds like it plays right into my theory. What do you think??? Am I way off on this...again too many BL dramas or do you all see it as well.
I think she is a great actress but wish they would give her roles where she is a nice person. The last two series I have seen her in she is not a very nice character. I would hate for her to get stuck in these kinds of roles because she is actually really good and beautiful when she smiles.
