Person Lee Soo Hyuk
It's gonna be so funny seeing him in a romcom lol considering how serious looking he is.
I’m actually hoping to see him be paired up with Jeon Yeo Been (just a recent fan of her tbh). I blame twitter that gave me such a tease on what it could look like if they really work together. Apart from that, I really just hope to see my girl working in a lighter project (so romcom it is). I realized she still has no roles where it’s leaning more into rainbows in her filmography (lol). Anyway, that’s beside the point though. But yeah, I hope to see Lee Soo Hyuk landing a role too where he could showcase his range because he has so much potential.

I mean... https://twitter.com/ye0binism/status/1512873877797363714?s=21 (albeit the photos are more into it having darker theme but dark romcom would still quite hit differently imo if it would be with these two gorgeous individuals).

Okay! It’s actually been 2 years since I first saw this actress in a project (and commented here) and it’s a pity she is still not getting her breakthrough. She is pretty and talented! She needs to get a lead role where she is ‘actually’ the lead.

Aside from the cast, I really dig this storyline so I’m for sure gonna watch this!

Me too...i almost started watching the original one coz i couldn't wait till next year but then i thought maybe…
Yes! Especially since this is not a typical rom-com that is quite fine even if you binge all the versions altogether if you want and the expectation won’t be that dynamic considering you know what you are getting despite some mini-culture appropriation scene alterations. For series with themes and such high ratings as this one, I’d choose to watch the adaptation first (though it is not to say I always apply this to any non-romcom series with adaptations too — for me, it’s really just a matter of personal choice and what I feel is just right depending on the situation).

Wait! I’m afraid to open your spoiler tag! Is your reply anyway related to where the plot of the series is going? Haha

E12: Pyo Ye Jin as a guest role here and she really is just such a ball of sunshine that brightens the room. I really hope she gets more lead roles!

Meanwhile, already pass halfway mark and I’m really just enjoying watching this. The rawness watching this show and the superb acting of the cast just makes this whole binge-ing worth it. The characters are flawed and vulnerable and I just think this was quite going a realistic route. I mean, it’s possible for the characters not to reconnect and really just let go of everything considering there was indeed a closure, albeit not a clean one. But since feelings are involved, I understand why it’s so hard to bring their emotions to just stop so meeting up and even reconnecting is not really much of a fairytale if ever? Liking the confrontations and self-reflections though! I’m not saying I could agree to the choices of the characters but they are making their point too so as an audience, it is up to one whether to give a nod or not to their perspectives. The cast are really doing an incredible job of engaging the viewers throughout each episode!

Yes! Definitely would try to avoid spoilers! I like Alice too and she has been a familiar face for years now (hence, how I know the original is quite a critically acclaimed one) but yeah, I don’t think I would enjoy the adaptation so much once I watch the original first so better to watch without any idea whatsoever. :)

Lee Dong Hwi is here! Omg booked! Pity to hear that this is a Disney+ production though! That platform doesn’t do well in promoting projects! I can already imagine how a lot would be sleeping on this! :(

Can’t wait for this! I adore Jeon Yeo Been so the idea of her starring on the adapted version of a well-received series excites me for her! [Heard great things about the original series and been planning to watch it for a long time now but I feel like I’m bound to see the Korean adaptation first so that I won’t have any big expectations on the latter.]

E118: So many YounRa moments, especially the hugs! I adore this pairing so much! Best part of the episode would have to be Seyoon stealing soup though! Lol

Meanwhile, Ga In being an absolute cool sister-in-law for the members! But like, can we also just talk about Junghoon and Ga In as a couple? 17 years of marriage and they still look so in love! The way their hugs looks so natural though!

I have a lot of favorite episodes but her guesting might be one of my top favorites!

E10: Journal was finally found! I would say this is more of a filler episode though but I like how this whole episode is focused on ML finally recognizing his feelings toward FL and acknowledging her importance to him that he’s willing to let go of her (as a coping mechanism to his fear of later abandonment — goes to show she really crept her way into his heart). Next episode would probably focus on FL’s perspective. She sympathizes with ML most of the time but I don’t think she fully knows yet that she likes him already. Anyway, can’t wait for Monday!

"(literally no hurry though)" SYJ is 40, IF they want a baby, they should really not procrastinate.
Well, at the end of the day... it is their life? Even if we hope to see them have kids, what if they are planning to spend a year just between them two or something? Anyway, I just hope them a happy life together!

I hope to see Krystal starring in a Netflix series! In another note though, her landing a role in a film like Cobweb with many veteran actors might just be her breakthrough as an actor!
