I quite enjoy historical dramas! I just wish that, for chinese ones in particular, they would take some of the concepts they have and apply them more modern dramas. I would just love to see some of those magical and fantastical elements in a modern setting, ya know?
I'm posting this because i feel like there will be others who don't know what the IMF crisis is, like myself. The IMF crisis was a financial crisis in korea in 1997. (IMF = International Money Fund: provided by the Standby Credit Facility which provides financial assistance to low-income countries) - The Crisis was not caused by the IMF but rescued by it. -Sovereign default is a failure in the repayment of a county's government debts. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) initiated a $40 billion program to stabilize the currencies of South Korea, Thailand, and Indonesia
This drama has a knack for making your heart feel whole anD WHEN YOUR'E LEAST EXPECTING IT KNOCKS THE WIND RIGHT…
So in the main focus of this episode is that there is a guy tying to get into the country to witness his wife giving birth to their child but his passport is denied and he is not allowed access. So the main characters try a bunch of ways to try and get him to his wife who is in the middle of giving birth somewhere else in the airport. And when they figure out there is a place in which they they can bring the guy to see his wife and newborn baby between glass (so as to not leave their designated areas)the guy in charge of customs tells the mains that they'll need to do an investigation into the incident, so the viewer kind of ends up hating that guy but then he says that they'll need to keep the father there for a few days and have to put him and in wife into a holding room together (*wink* wink* nudge* nudge*) and everyone is happy they bypassed the system and reunited a family. FL's mom is on an airplane to visit her and she gets update from he air control friend about her mothers plane through out the episode, BUT at the very end of the episode the plane catches fire and everyone gets alerted that there is an emergency situation and then they leave it on a cliff hanger for the next episode as well as leaving my feeling of wholesome happiness into tears. I do love this drama thooooooo, highly reccomeeeeeeend
