They have met, remember it was Kurumi that stabbed Minjun with the knife in the S1. And about progress, at least we know there is a “secret organization” behind the virus spread :P

I think Asahi was happy to be alone during the time she was, and she knows how to spend her time, however she has feelings for Kira now (the heartbeat watch doesn't lie and she knows it xD) I think she has been alone for such a long time, that she doesn't know how to manage those feelings she is having, so she's afraid I guess of having her status quo changing by having a relationship. Also, she was engaged once as the other boy mentioned, so she probably had a bad experience and doesn't trust men maybe, but I think eventually we will have an episode about this ^^

I completely agree, that was so precious and liberating from all the stereotypes that we usually see, why does it have to be the female who closes her eyes and wait for the kiss? the men should have this chance too, and Meguru show us how possible this is and that it's completely okay if it is this way <3 one of the best scenes ever, splendid.

I was also super excited about it as well, specially because of the cast and at least the premise seemed interested, so it's really sad that it didn't live up to the expectations :( ohh, I didn't notice the fact about the writer not being very experienced with detective stories.. that probably explains the result ^^;;

I don't understand the hate, the subs are fine, go being a hater somewhere else. We don't need haters like this in the Jdrama community. If you don't like the subs, don't use them and watch in Japanese or translate it yourself if you have time to criticize others.

Yes, I completely agree with your point, this dorama is more about the freedom of wearing whatever fashion we want, regardless if we are women or male. It's not about genderless identity, since the protagonist has made it very clear in many episodes that he is a man and he does not want to become a woman, he just likes dressing fashion and he likes make up, these things have been categorized as "women things" by most societies, and this dorama wants to make a statement about this, about things that society has categorized for male only or for women only, which I think it's a great approach. I also hope people don't get the wrong idea of what this dorama is trying to convey.

I completely agree... everything about that confession, from the words they used in the dialogues, their smiles and glances at the end of ep 4 is one of the most beautiful I've seen in the dorama world xD I was literally melting and smiling by himself hahaha

That kiss at the end of episode 3... omg, that was so beautiful, my brain went into electric short circuit status XD I'm still recovering!!! Wako is really a hero and Meguru's cuteness should be illegal! XD oh and Kira's disco dancing was so priceless XD

What's there not to like about this when it's perfect, beautiful characters, great chemistry, funny moments and like other users mentioned, it tackles social problems in a very subtle and elegant way, not like in other shows I've seen where they are too intense about it, on the contrary this show managed to blend those topics perfectly without making the viewer feel awkward nor forced on the ideas presented, it's really refreshing and again..!! the chemistry it's just perfect, it beats the other romance doramas that are airing recently in my opinion.

ohh, because siren and mermaid are very similar creature. In that dorama there's one of the dialogues, where the main detective tells the protagonist that the reporters voice is like mermaids trying to lure people into their own narrative or something along those lines, that was the only reference to the sirens/mermaid in that dorama xD

I think she's totally a mermaid.. xD she talks with the fish, she mentioned she had a neighbor clown fish xD she envies the pretty skin of the octopus.. she knows where the octopus live.. she refers to turtles as old men.. she doesn't have a home, she lives at Kamoi's house, he said he was "hiding" her.. she said "she doesn't have much time lef" AND the fish at the end told her that she only has 3 months left and that she is the last hope for them.. xD she can't be no other thing than mermaid, or a fish that turned into a beautiful women somehow xD (thats also a mermaid LOL) I loved it... this is my first dorama about mermaids.. xD unless siren no zange counts somehow? LOL
