I’ve watched both of the but not go go squid the show they had together,think they have great chemistry already sort of a “tactic understanding” even though I’m not sure where it came from since they just met as for the plot it’s nothing insane but it’s intresting so far since the 1-2 ep, cdrama s are longer so it takes me 3-5 to form wether I want to continue and l enjoy this one! I hope that helps. I also think ML’s acting is very natural he becomes the character not just bland acting, as someone mentioned he’s quite charming

I was watching his salon drip interview yesterday and LJH is sooo shy I was shocked same thing with the Kim Ji won she’s Incredibly shy in real life too I’m always so surprised seeing the characters real personalities

i agree it was good too, one of my fave cdramas of 2024, i watched it while it was airing that's why i felt that way.

Personally I enjoyed the first 5 episodes in the human world, there was just something special about it. Maybe the matching outfits 😌

You should one of my faves 2024, one thing I wasn’t a fan of in legend of Shenli was the pacing, it became a bit slow towards the middle and ALOT happened towards the end

Ruyi Royal Love in the palace- One of my all time favourites, which put me off watching at first but it's brilliant and will leave you with stunned throughout. Very well written all the characters even the evil ones all had agency. And it's very very Gorgeous. Based on real life people
Yanxi palace: this one is the less historically accurate than Ruyi Royal love, but it takes the exact same characters and flips it on it's head switching the villian and the heroin
Bloody Heart: one of the most under rated historical kdrama's, very unique and the story is gripping i highly recommend (don't under estimate the king)
New life begins, this one is quite interesting because of the approach it takes towards the concubines, they all love each other and are very kind to each, very girlhood coded, it's harem but not to with a king but many princes. Very gorgeous too. Strong women who stand up for themseleves
Ten Miles of Peach Blossom: this is fantasy but also sort of harem with a strong female character. it's very unique and will pull at your heart strings, i didn't want to watch it at first but the reviews were really good.
My journey to you: one of my all time faves, not a very string harem drama but they are married to princes/kings, assassins sent married to a Prince and a king but they have no idea. the assassins are baddies and this is one of the most gorgeous shows.

Story of Minglan: Not harem as in King and queen but looks at a minister's household and how he manages his wife and concubines, the story is about his daughter minglan, I really like how we see that no matter where wether it's the emperor or just a simple minister there will be those who are favoured and unfavoured and how messy it can get. Minglan is very smart but has to hide it till she grows up a bit, I lover her husband as well he was sooo charming
