i don’t get why we’re stuck with these misogynistic assholes when this drama isn’t even trying to be historically accurate. so why do we have to deal with these horrible male characters? everything is just loosely inspired like this is fiction, it’s meant to entertain, so why not make the male characters more tolerable? i’m not asking for them to be perfect, just less unbearable pliz
