This is so misleading because I saw many people skip this drama, thinking it actually has this concept. (Even I hesitated before watching this drama last year thinking this way). But NO!
All I see is that Xiaoyao has only two love interests, Tushan Jing and Xiang Liu. Yeah, all the 4 MLs love/like her. But that doesn't mean she has feelings for all!😐
The story mostly revolves around Xiaoyao and Cang Xuan. And Xiaoyao eventually finds herself entangled with three male leads—Cang Xuan, Tushan Jing, and Xiang Liu.
Tushan Jing #DengWei is Xiaoyao's first love, the one who promised to never abandon her. The one who can actually give the life XY always dreamt of. But his too-kind nature often leaves him at odds with the harsh realities of their world. His tender moments with Xiaoyao are heartwarming.

Fenglong #WangHongyi is never on the race! I mean, he was just there. He falls for XY after she regains her appearance & status. But later, he also finds a perfect buddy in XY more than love, wants to marry her, and promises her to never marry another woman in his entire lifetime. For Xiaoyao, it was just that typical "arranged marriage" phase with him🤷♀️
