cute

I’m still sad to see them go. i loved both families so much. no weird drama coming from them. just love and support on both sides. i loved that the storyline showed him being patient and guiding her despite being younger. he knew exactly what he wanted and he was not about to lose out on it. ml was a bit boring at times and i skipped some scenes because he just couldn’t keep my attention.
i loved the fl. i really thought her characted was the best one I had seen in a while. she was incredibly cute and funny. she was down to earth and not one of the ones that just can’t defend themselves. she had her head right and wasn’t about to take any crap from anyone. but still was cute and empathetic. she was straight forward with everyone about who she liked. no weird complications at all.
the entire drama was refreshing and I just hate to see them go.
the reason why i gave a 9.5 and not a 10 was because the ml was a bit boring and in one scene she was accused of cheating. she never cheated. she was clear from the beginning who her boyfriend is.
i will definitely watch it again. made me a bit nostalgic lol. i wish it would be longer and we could see more of their life now that they a family. also more of the parents. i really loved them. but not going to happen.
honestly, it feels like letting go of a family member. very sad

soft and warm

I don’t like sports shows so I was putting this one off for a while. I started itnout of boredom today and binged it in one day lol
i just loved the dynamic. i loved sml and his quiet understanding of the 2 ml. i loved the support they got from him and later the chrley hair friend lol
i agree with most reviews that they definitely deserve a spin off. i want them to fall deep into love with each other.
i do not agree with people saying it was boring and slow and no romance until the last episode.
this was a coming out story. this was the first love of a young men who never really got to feel that way or had the time to explore his own feelings or sexuality. he was everyones child in the nation. there was no time or opportunity to find himself. then this experienced man comes along and shatters his quiet life. challenges him. helps him and understands him. even the mentioning of abuse for just a minute makes sense if you think about it. he doesn’t want him to feel hurt again if he mentions it. so he leaves it by that and waits. that is his strength and brings so much to this relationship. he cares and he loves unconditionally once he made up his mind.
the slow pace was adequate. the intimate scenes were emotional and esthetic. it was beautifully made.
all together it was a sweet and beautiful drama that deserved a higher rating. i wish it was longer. i wish we could have followed their paths. but unfortunately it’s just a show

not your typical romcom

i refused to watch this for a while. then I was bored and thought oh well just 5 minutes.
i got hooked from the first minute on. it was not your typical cheesy romcom. this was so much better. the pain and suffering that was portrayed by the ml was so feasible! you could feel it with your heart and soul. he was so good in his acting that it was almost physical pain whenever he cried. the fl is my favorite korean actress. she is so beautiful and i absolutely loved how she portrayed a strong woman that is vulnerable at the same time. the talent of this actress is endless and only comparable with chinese actress Bai Lu. the dramas these two could bring on the table if there would be a collaboration…!
i liked that the prosecutor came around. i would not have pegged the killer. my money was on someone else. it really kept me on my seat to find out who it really was. glad they got what they deserved. but I didn’t like that person from the first minute they appeared on screen lol. I’m trying not to reveal and spoil it lol
i would have loved a second couple but it really wasn’t necessary since it would have overcrowded the storyline.
I’m a bit lost right now because this was so good it felt like I was in the middle of it. thanks to the acting and directing.
this really had everything. love, crime, murder, suspense, trauma and laughter. some of the ost was a bit annoying but most of it was really good. i also was wondering if the mother sold the ticket or not 🤣
i loved how her boss supported her like a father. more than that in most cases. dramas and life taught us a lot about that 🥹
this was an easy 10/10 for me and will always have a special place in my heart. if I could give more for the acting skills of both leads I would. the chemistry between the leads and the entire team was just amazing and brilliant.

it is so cute

i truly do not understand how this show can have such a bad rating. this is one of the cutest BL stories have ever watched. at first I was a bit annoyed by the tutor because omg he is such a wuss. Noey is a 17y old child and as scary as a labubu. but the acting of the tutor was great. i loved how they respected the age of the actor portraying Noey and didn’t add any intimate scenes. even kissing scenes were left out and as Noey said he has to wait until he is old enough. i thought it was a great way to include the age gap. i loved the scenery. the temple, the neighborhoods and especially the scene with the purple flowers.
i laughed so hard throughout most of the show until they broke my heart at episode 10 and 11. thank goodness it was healed in episode 12. but seriously, I cried for them and I just wanted to hug Noey. i’m a no touch person but damn!!!
it was such an easy going and funny show with the more serious undertone of abandonment and prejudice! i literally wanted to smack the tutors parents for doing all this. how dare they criticize that woman who singlehandedly raised her kids?! how dare they look down on her?!
the end was typically Noey and it was cute. i wish they would make more shows together or on their own. that kid is really talented. overall i give it a 10/10 because I enjoyed it and it hit all the feelings.

a solid 10 from me

I was not expecting a lot as I started this drama. first episode and she gets killed, falls of a cliff and wakes up a bit later. i was thinking wth. but I have to say it was great. no stupid women jealousy storyline with bullying and all that. a hint of it but it was squashed. i loved that because we are not like that. yes there are women like this but we support each other and I always hate how this stereotype of women fighting each other over a man is portrayed. the fl was amazing. i loved her so much. i loved her acting, her fighting, her entire character and her beauty. the fact that she saved him in the end just made it perfect for me. i loved that the ml gave her space and let her be who she wanted to be. the only thing that bothered me was that the storyline of the scholar was left open. I wanted to see him fall despite his soft and gentle demeanor I wanted to see him suffer lol. i liked most of the ost but I feel Liu Yuning would have been the better choice to sing it. the chemistry was great and the fight scenes of all of them was breathtaking. the happy ending made me happy too 🥰

it is not tv it is art

i was so reluctant to watch this. then as I started it, I couldn’t stop. i never wanted to let them go.
the loneliness of every single character in this drama was overwhelming and saddening. the way they found each other and the long connection with each other was really satisfying. the friendship they developed was quickly formed into a family. something they all desperately needed.
that is why it hurt so much as they found out their true identities. the bromance was funny and tragic and in the end eternal forgiveness.
the performance of the actors was amazing. it was so real I cried and I laughed with them. it was outstanding in showing emotional performances.
the grim reaper was my personal favorite. he cried so much and you could feel his pain, his shame, his love and his loneliness. he was so funny and silly.
the chemistry between all of them was great. i believe that was the main reason why this drama was so amazing.
the main couple was a perfect match. I’m glad they waited with the more intimate scenes until they were the same age. she was just perfect for this role. her innocence and openness was such a contrast to his aloofness.
i loved the happy ending. all the couples found each other again and looked to be happy.
i hated the music. it was aweful.
the entire drama was art. the cinematic, the acting and the story. i was fascinated because every scene was impressive.
not a boring minute throughout the entire drama.
i miss them. i miss their little family. for me it could have continued because now I’m asking myself what happened after the 4th reincarnation? was a way found for them to stay together?
all in all, if you expect a fluff piece with only romance, this is not it
this is deep and thoughtful perfection of a romantic story.

beautiful

i love the king of shorts and kissing Ke Chun. so I searched on YouTube and found this one to watch. I didn’t expect to find a little gem. he is brilliant! so talented! his eyes are conveying all his emotions and they are deep! i laughed! I cried! as she passed and he stood at her grave going back on memory lane, my heart broke for them. i was hoping until the end that they would find a cure for her and they would get their happily ever after! I was shattered for him as he couldn’t even say goodbye! i’m pretty certain that at the end as he saw her, he had passed on to reunite with her. died of a broken heart. this drama was beautifully made. the acting was great by both leads. the music …oh well. the subtitles were a mess. i will watch it again

the god of kisses

i loved this drama. it was full of surprise twists. the chemistry was great and overall it was engaging and captivating!
zhao KeChun has to be the god of kissing. this man oozes sex appeal and every time he whispers “baba” in his low raspy voice, I melt. i love his acting and and emotional range. glad they finally casted him for a full time drama. I can’t wait for it to air. hopefully it has lots of whispering and kissing scenes. he must look amazing in a generals uniform 🔥😍
the fl was very cute. i saw her in other short dramas and hopefully she will be picked for full lengths once too

light entertainment

If you are looking for a filler in between epic dramas than this is the one. it is funny and once it turns sideways it is sad and keeps you watching. the acting is good. the only real complaint I have is that they are trying to pass off a almost 50y old man as 29y year old. the age cap is cringy. he is a very handsome man and very talented but far away from 29. she is in her 20’s!
all in all it’s a fluff piece and I really enjoyed watching it. for once the script for the fl was not that of an airhead. she was strong and capable! i will watch it again.

it’s a cute short drama

I binged it in two days. A preview popped up on my feed and I got curious. It captivated me from the first second on. Despite the fl being a bit annoying. She was very cute and her acting was good. Just the character and her storyline was a bit annoying. Ml was great. I loved the second couple more. They were so cute together. Great actors, both of them, I hope to see more of them in the future. The Mbff of the FL was great and deserved a lot more than what he got. I loved how the personal traumas of both leads were woven into the storyline without being overly dramatic! Overall its a 10/10 for me and will rewatch it when I have a bad day because this is definitely something that will make you feel better
