Same. 24 EP ava in my region. Netflix follows yk VIP schedule-> there is a break till 29.12. you can see here…
Thank you, much appreciated. It is so frustrating when they drip feed these episodes and from now on I will not watch a show until all episodes are aired as I find the drip feed spoils the viewing experience and particularly when they don't air any episodes at all over a number of days.
Before I made my post above, I did actually do a search on Netflix in the comments to see if the Netflix schedule had been mentioned by other posters but that comment you provided the link to did not show up in the search results during my first search. However, after reading your reply I searched again and this time that comment showed up in my search results. Maybe my screen hadn't refreshed when I first did the search.
For those watching this show on Netflix, how many episodes have been aired in your region as only 24 Episodes aired todate on Netflix in my region (New Zealand) with no new episodes added for last couple of days.
Episode 23 for me is the most satisfying to date watching that asshole Su Chang Lin being dealt to by Xiao Wu Yang - smug boy thug murderer meets a real man warrior who made mincemeat of him. LOVED IT!!
Whilst there were disappointments with certain aspects of this show, overall I really enjoyed it. What stood out for me was the amount of awesome kick ass women in it and I really loved Ye Ce Leng, the actress Zhao Yuan Yuan who played her was incredible. The most emotional part for me was in Episode 24 when Ding Ning was telling what her what "Teacher" had said about her and the dawning realisation by Ye Ce Leng who Ding Ning was. The way she looked at him when she realised and then as she was walking away turned back to look at him again and he stood firm and looked back at her intensely, this scene was just so emotional with the beautiful sound track playing and it made me cry and I have been replaying this scene numerous times, it is so beautiful. I also found the track on youtube and have added to one of my playlists and it is playing in the background whilst I type this comment. I am a big fan of Li Xian and he is the reason I watched it and he is obviously a lot younger in this show but I thought he was pretty impressive in this role despite his awful hair style and costumes, lol, but looked very cool at the end. I also really liked the Express (Yao Di), she was pretty formidable and Yao Di played her role brilliantly. Obviously the way it ended was disappointing but I was not surprised as there were enough hints in the last few episodes of a change to not following the path of revenge to its final conclusion. I was hoping there might be a Season 2 to wrap things up with Ding Ning, his remaining friends, the royal family and even Chen Yuan who I really liked as well as he was a great match for Ye Ce Leng and he was devoted to her but she gave him no quarter in this life or the next as she knew ultimately what her ending would be.
He was just so phenomenal in Ashes of Love which is one of my favourite historicals and whilst I loved the ML…
Yeah it was a real shame about what happened with Deng Lun as I also loved him in AOL and was looking forward to his future dramas as he is such a great actor. These poor asian stars are under a lot of scrutiny and pressure to be so perfect and the hammer comes down on them very hard when they step out of line/have any sort of scandal attached to them, some with dire consequences like what happened with the tragic death of Korean superstar Lee Sun Kyun.
🔥🥳 YAY... Can't wait!!! Huge Respect & Admiration for Luo Yun X. He is the King of Fantasy dramas. No…
He was just so phenomenal in Ashes of Love which is one of my favourite historicals and whilst I loved the ML & FL who were both awesome and immensely talented, Luo Yun Xi portrayal of his character was spellbinding.
Thinking of you a year on from that terrible day and missing your beautiful smile and your presence. Still very saddened about our passing and you will be remembered always. RIP. Hugs to your family.
Makes me so sad just seeing the words My Mister, but I am thankful that Mark Chao is the ML for the chinese version as he is a phenomenal actor and in the top echelon of Chinese actors and I am sure he will do justice to this role. Imagine the pressure he must be under taking on this role knowing how brilliantly this role was portrayed by the late and beloved Korean superstar Lee Sun Kyun in My Mister and knowing full well that his performance will be compared to Lee Sun Kyun's magnificent performance.
Looking forward to watching this show but I do hope it is screened after the 1 year anniversary of Lee Sun Kyun's passing and not before, out of respect for Lee Sun Kyun. I know from an emotional standpoint I won't be ready to watch it until sometime next year as still trying to come to terms with Lee Sun Kyun's tragic passing.
Absolutely loved him in Blossoms in Adversity with such a physical and captivating presence and his fast and furious fist and sword fighting action was just riveting. He seamlessly switched between his powerful and forceful role as the ruthless Commander of the Security Bureau and that of a caring, thoughtful, confidante and loving partner of the FL. Did such a great job in his role and I look forward to him being cast in more dramatic action packed historical roles to showcase his range of talent.
I also disagree with AvenueX! This is one of the best dramas and LGX is not to bulky. Why is there the impression…
What this person doesn't get is that he is a MAN not a boy and a powerful one at that and that combination makes him extremely appealing and I find him very sexy, hot hot hot.
lolol ep 32 the turn and look on the platform cracked me up. I really like the humor in this drama.
It was hilarious and had me literally laughing out loud and I am sure my neighbours could hear me. Love the grandfather/Heavenly Lord, he is very funny in a number of scenes. What I love about the comedic scenes throughout the drama, is that they pop up when least expected which makes them hilarious.
Just heard it's on Netflix the Hollywood version! Any opinions on which would be better to watch first?
I have read the book that this series is based on as well as the other two books in The Three Body Problem trilogy, "The Dark forest" & "Death's End" which no doubt will form the basis of the next two seasons. I watched this series and I really enjoyed it and believe it to be a pretty good adaptation of the book and I would recommend you watch this series before the Netflix version. From what I have read about the Netflix version in different online articles it says the Netflix version expands upon and diverges from the original Liu novels so will be interesting to see how different the two versions are and how different Netflix will be from the book.
Hi! Does anyone know where I can see this movie with English subtitles? Thank you!
It is currently on Amazon Primevideo (paid subscription), and I have just finished watching it. I was very disappointed in this movie as hardly any action and so much stupidity throughout and it was so drawn out to a duration of 1hr 30mins but could have been condensed into 30mins or less as there wasn't an awful lot happening throughout the entire movie at all. I feel like I have just wasted 1hr 30mins watching this movie.
Surprise surprise, details of the drug investigation into Lee Sun Hyun were consistently leaked by police. The police need to be held accountable for his death!! Their actions robbed a wife of her husband, robbed children of their father, robbed his family of their beloved family member, robbed his friends of a beloved friend and robbed his legion of fans worldwide of a charismatic, wonderful, extremely talented and gifted artist who gave so much of himself for our entertainment, The police cannot be allowed to get away with causing his death!! https://www.koreaherald.com/view.php?ud=20240205000728
Just started watching this drama and love it already after only watching the first episode which had me in hysterics. LOVE the cast they are all so great and the ML is very impressive and I can't wait to see how this drama unfolds.
Immensely talented actor who plays all his parts/characters so convincingly and is just phenomenal in Nirvana in Fire which I have just rewatched after first watching it 4 years ago.
