Yes I agree! The little boy also played a younger Gong Jun in Word of Honor. I was so happy they used the same actors to play each other again. He was so cute in WOH.

From my understanding, You dont have to watch all three together. They are same universe. #1 & #3 I think are same timeline while #2 timeline is before #1 & #3. There is familial relationships between characters.

I still have to wait another day before someone tells DFYC!! The Preview: why is TYY mad at DFYC when all this could've been avoided if they told him in the first place? I'm so angered for my DFYC. He just can't win!

I can't wait to see GJ be ML in this! I think he is perfect for the role. I enjoyed Blood of Youth and will be watching Dashing Youth. I like that there was little romance in Blood of Youth and hopefully this also follow same. Also will be starting the anime version of Tales of Dark River soon to get some background on this drama.

Yes I love watching dramas with lots of angst!!! And I prefer slow burn love than fast. Fast ones feel too fake for me, but that is just my personal opinion. This is also my first YM drama. I'm really only here for GJ but am loving the beautiful cast!

He definitely did. Although I did enjoyed LOA but the production was bad. I have very high hopes for TODR after seeing BOY and can't wait to see how he looks in TODR

I'm waiting on Tales of Dark River. I think that would be just as good or hopefully better than Blood of Youth since same director and screenwriter! I'm so glad GJ is going to grace us in another costume drama!

I'm here til the end!! I get there are flaws in the drama but those are at no fault of the actors. They have a beautiful cast and everything else is beautiful from costumes to cgi. People don't understand that the actors are portraying the characters, it is not a representation of themselves.

Also, I love to binge as well but I'll suffer through the daily heartbreak for DFYC then binge it to break my heart again.

I'm here for the cast also and will not be dropping. I like the drama but there are different issues with editing and plotlines. Those are what I'm seeing most of the complaints about. It's such a disservice to the amazing cast how bad they did with the script and editing.

I almost forgot about my girl FC back at the Divine Flame Villa. I can sense shes having feelings for DFYC. That girl is going to be sad forever if she falls in love with DFYC.

Ugh I hope in the next couple episodes they get together. We can't end this drama with them never getting together and DFYC being sad forever. All he ever does is sacrifices for her. I'm miserable for him. I get her position as chief but even before she sacrificed her love seed, they said her power will get stronger if she fell in love. So I guess nothing makes sense to me still.

I thought they were fireflies but it's really anyone's guess at this point. I do want to say though that DFYC love is so pure. All his wishes has always been for THH to be happy/safe and for her wish to be fulfilled. Her wish is always his wish. He's never wished for her to love him back. Where can I find a DFYC in this lifetime?

I wrote a comment just on this! What a waste of a love seed and DFYC for 3 years of trapping SJ. I'm also quite disappointed in AoLai. DFYC confided in him and AoLai just tries to push DFYC away from THH.
