yup!! this is what many say just because the woman is older ...and it's not proper....i mean if she is a aunty then a girl who is aging 20 can also be a aunty can't she? and how is that, her older brother got married and now he has a baby, so automatically she becomes a aunty!! so putting a aunty tag to it doesn't matter....it just tells you the mindset of the person who is writing that.

@Martial a few months back a female celebrity in my country got married to a younger actor and he is still being ridiculed for it. I mean in these type of shows it shows how the society is acting up. I hope the mindset of people change in time...

I don't understand, before these couples get married, didn't they spend time with each other? didnt the wife see what kind of a man he is? .....why create such characters to justify cheating?? is it worth it??...if the woman doesn't like the character, divorce him!! and sleep with men till kingdom come...but if the man has some issues with getting close to his wife, instead of F....kng around with other men, take him to a therapist, make him talk, see what is his problem, no matter how much he wants to ignore it and finally threaten him with divorce unless he sees a therapist with you, try to save the marriage, try your best to be with him and if still things don't workout, leave him, divorce him and go your separate way, instead of staying with him and cheating, whats the point?the day the two families decided on the marriage, didn't they think that the guy was wrong in his head?? would the girl or the girls family allow this to happen?? but here we are shown the husband is disgusting and what not. By showing us this what is it that the writer wants to tell us? or the viewers watching the show? that its so awesome to cheat and be adulterer? that every woman should cheat when they don't feel happy or upset with their husbands? are the writers trying to normalise cheating? or adultery? because probably the writers themselves are cheaters and adulterers and think everyone should do it? is it a way of rationalizing things??iam sorry, i simply cannot support such a way of thinking, the society is as it is broken from the inside due to soooooo many reasons, lets not make something as disgraceful, scum, disgusting as cheating be taken as "Oh, it's okay, everyone should do it", " the institution of marriage is a joke, lets cheat and sleep with other men and women"

Disgusting and scum people exist everywhere...some rubbish excuse as wanting to be free, is what everything is all about, so the best course of action is cheat! how fantastic, how brilliant!!...so many many relationships and families across the globe have been destroyed by cheating and yet writers love to make movies or shows based on those themes and are vehement to show support for the cheater by making the husband a cruel person...but truth is, the husbands are never always wife beaters,drinkers, or cheaters , they are simply working hard for the family because he wants to see them smile and laugh and have the best things in life and if the wife is working then that does not give reason for the husband or wife to cheat, does it? but then thats what happens...these are cheap thrills but it affects the audience and their lives as well...

This drama is all about a woman who marries a guy and now wants to be free, as she cannot find oxygen or breath in this marriage. It seems the husband is a monster, who, iam sure, beats her up everyday and makes her do cruel stuff, like cooking, never lets her out of the house...thats why she cheats on him. No matter what the reason, you shouldn't cheat on your husband or partner, thats the lowest thing one could do....if your marriage is not going well, devorce him!! and after that you can sleep with many many many men till kingdom come, nobody cares, you can fly, breath oxygen and won't feel suffocated!!...but first devorce him....i mean just because she wanted to sleep with other people, the husband has to be made into a bad person?? and in the end we have to support her?? iam sorry i can't..

That is exactly my feeling too!! that's why i hate cheating and adultery drama. The fact that the MAN had to say SORRY to the cheating wife and ACCEPT her at the end of it all, is something i can never digest. The korean version of this is he worst...i mean the truth of the matter is that no matter when he forgives her, she is always going to cheat because at bthe end of the day the husband felt lonely or probably learnt something...it's not the wife, the wife was willing to let go of everything and thats why she cheated. Some great stupid words spoken at someone elses marriage ceremony doesn't make it alright...the korean people love these kind of dramas and the japanese just love it because in reality, what i read in a article few days back, japanese women cheat on their husbands more often!

I have never liked the idea that one should know the thoughts of a cheater, it's really deplorable and disgusting the fact that some shows justify cheating, it's the worst thing a partner could do to another...

true!! there is a thai drama called " are we okay?" there the age gap is 18 or 19 years!!...the thing which i really have issues with is whenever the woman is older she becomes a subject of a joke or redicule or taboo...something no one should think about now if this had to a male who is 50 years of age and the girl 24 to 25 years of age...people would still be cheering about this relationship, this way of thinking has to change, it's easier said than done!

Thank God i didn't watch the show or rather complete the 5th episode. I have seen how frustrated the FL gets when the ML approaches her, she is always pushing him away, i have no idea why!! and as the story progresses i knew that the younger sister would cause a lot opf problems and by the looks of it, the comments made by everyone, iam happy that i didnt see because i cannot tolerate bullshit for too long. I think dramas with this particular storyline should be made into a movie rather than making us hate the show so much that everyone stops watching.

Yes, its true what amber did to johnny, who, by the way is my favourite actor, is reallly something to behold and be disgusted about at the same time, due to her false shouting and what not, johnny was kicked out by the company producing pirates of the caribbean . I can't imagine pirates without johnny...it's no point watching the movies anymore.
Yes, sexism and racism is present everywhere. Its present more in asian countries, previously when britishers and the french and other colonies came to india and other asian countries, they called the local indian or local asian people as animals and dark skinned people the chinese, for many years were called "yellow" because of the skin tone and also many people in the west and european countries still think that everyone is a chinese without realising the fact that there are other countries than china as well.

If you look closely at the usa or britain and few other european country you will seldom find people of colour or other ethnic groups or people from other countries who have settled down there and are 5th or 6th generation chinese,japanese,thai,filipino, indian,malayasian...but they are still discriminated . It's the mentality of the people that need to change...which will change but very very slowly.

And please dont be sorry for being serious, you have raised really amazing and true and real issues which have been plaguing our socities for generations. If you go to australia, there is always the asian centric places where people from all over asia live, with asian resturants and many other things asian. Sometimes i feel really bad when certain kpop group singers, who have concerts all over, go to australia and i have heard few of them or one of them is from australia and she is proud to be from there but the fact is if she walks down the streets of melbourne or anywhere for that matter, the first question people will ask is "who is that chinese girl?" and not " who's that girl, is she a celebrity?"...its a fact!

Later on i will tell you what i find very weird a theme or point of view , which i had not known before...but as of now i am watching a chinese detective show medical examiner Dr.Qin: The mind reader, its taken from a korean show, name of which alludes me now! hehehe

A incident happened a few years back where a mainstream actress of the indian movie industry went to a university where a protest was being held for something related to a girl being hurt ...actually it was more complicated and when that actress went there and specific questions were asked by reporters regarding her being there she couldn't understand or reply properly....she was caught offguard. Actually she was doing a movie promotion across india with social message but all she got was backlash from many many people and fans from across india...

Yes, hahahaha, i find it alll rubbish when they give excuses for their cheating...thats why i feel with yumi's cell the 2nd season should have been yumi's attempt to get goo back instead of going with babi...people in general dont understand that these writers are celebrating cheating or wicked people with evil intensions...the last scene of yumi's cell was heartbreaking and also made me angry with yumi's reaction. Her reaction to many things in the show was rubbish and at times i felt like throwing some water on her face to wake her up to the situation that she is being pursued by babi as well and if yumi was being a good friend it doesn't mean she was hitting on him but i really found it disturbing the way babi reacted to those interactions. The moment he entered the scene i felt creepy because i knew where the story was going...its very dissapointed!

...thats why this time round iam not watching "Yumi's cell", if you have watched the first season you will see how goo and yumi got together and how goo was working hard for his startup to work and become more successful in the future and how yumi was working for a different company, both were working hard and even then found time to meet and go to a vacation and basically spend time together....and then came babi, who is this seasons main character...well he purposely started putting his nose in where it didn't belong, i remember the scene where goo was drunk and it was because of babi , well, they had gone to a get together and had a lot to drink and goo was drunk and was vomiting at the bus stop and yumi was feeling a bit cold or chilly so babi went ahead and offered her his coat, seeing this goo was very offended and showed his dissatisfaction instantly, i mean her bf is just behind her and she is feeling chilly a bit so you offer her your coat? what do you exactly want to say here and its not that he's her best friend from college , that you could take the liberty to do so but he does anyway and yumi didn't say much about it...if this had to be real life and someone did this to someone's gf, trust me the girl friend would have objected, so from here onwards we see how babi gets inbetween them purposely and another seen where babi comes purposely by bus because yumi is in the bus and as goo took sometime to buy the vegetables we see she is talking and walking away with babi....and goo got mad with her, i didnt know what he said but she never felt babi was doing something on purpose, how dumb!! and if these were not indicators of babi trying to control yumi then this should, he called her to transfer to his team, to bring her closer to him, it might not look like it but it is, so when yumi and goo broke up babi was also one of the reasons.

Now when you bring out a season 2 , it shows people are actually celebrating the fact that babi is good and goo was bad. Everyone is celebrating a guy who is cheap, evil and manipulative and actually is also able to break up her relationship with goo....so iam sorry i dont want to see a show which promotes people to be wicked, manipulative and promotes breakup through a guy and at the end of it celebrate . Its too much for me!

absolutely! my thoughts exactly...oh! of late as i was going through facebook at times they show you reels or clips of shows ...in one of those clips they showed a wife, who is working, cheated on her husband and her husband followed her and caught her red handed with her cheater bf or lover and he then asked the cheater and his wife, well, the scenes were cut after that and the next scene i see is that the husband of the cheating wife telling his friends that the wife said "she needed space", she couldn't "breath" she felt "suffocated" in their marriage, i mean wth!!!! if she felt sooo many things she should have talked with her husband more or chosen a time to discuss her innermost thoughts, instead she confides in another man and she then cheats on him and the lst scene from the clip, it showed the cheater bf and now ex wife, talking with each other and the cheater bf says he doesn't feel about what he did !! fact is i dont want to know or see what a cheater thinks or does, not interested! but these stupid people/writers, want to be super active ...well thats why these shows flop!! they can't perform...

wooohoo! i will watch this drama for sure, which you have rated!!for sure...yes my dear boy is a good viewing experience but yes, they tend to push the envelope a lot!!...

And i hate the whole cheating thing too!! i mean why?? cheating is the worst and the most cheap thing one could do while in a relationship. I mean i personally feel that if someone, for some reason, doesn't want to stay married or is having some issues...don't cheat or give divorce letters to one another...TALK and communicate more. The main reason many couples now a days breakup after getting married is because both of them are working and both have time to cook or do the daily stuff one would do ..and communication slowly starts to vanish and misunderstandings develop...but they never talk to each other about their frustrations or pain or about everyday life. Being married or falling in love with someone and then carrying on with the relationship is beautiful but in order to do that both of them have to trust, faith and hope and belief in themselves and the love they have for each other...it's only then that one can form a everlasting love for one another.

So, when i see cheating involved i just blow my head-off...i mean specially in korean dramas and also in chinese dramas the theme of cheating is very much up there. A korean drama, i dont clearly remember the name..umm...it was like " my wife is cheating this week" something like that, where it shows this person who is married has a child and his wife and him, both are working ....and then he finds out she is cheating on him and he confronted her and she is not feeling bad about it, anyways this man then joins a group on the internet where he says about his issues and his cheating wife, slowly the show moves on and in the middle of it all the GUY says sorry to his cheating wife and forgives her, i mean dude!! she slept with a man for many months and you forgive her??? why would any woman forgive a cheating husband or a bf...in this case it was him saying sorry, i was so so annoyed with this show that i stopped watching it!! ok there was another show where a couple was having a 10 year relationship, iam sure marriage would surely take place sooner or later now that girl goes to a medicine shop and there was a doctor or part time clerk, dont remember, the guy starts following her and she also later on gives in ...and so simply a relationship of over a decade is dissolved. And what i dont understand is why do they show this kind of a theme?? the audience is negatively effected because these scenarios are close to reality. And does this also mean that a woman or man working hard, coming home late, means they are cheating?? seriously?? and its morein asian dramas than american or british or european dramas. i have literally stopped watching many shows just because of this point...

And yes the " prince of wolves" was completely frustrating and i got annoyed with the female lead, i mean the guy who brought her out of the woods, was with her and beside her, came to the city for her and the fact that he loved was plastered all over his face and she liked him too but the mere fact that this senior of hers from school had feelings for was being told to her by her friends and even him but she said its nothing ...and later on when things became strained between them she kept on seeing him and for some stupid reason she kept on avoiding him, i believe if she didn't have he bone marrow operation and threat to her life, i think she would have gone with that senior of hers, when he had all the candle lights and star lights shining for her. I mean seriously??? if i had been a guy for whom a woman even did 2% of what the guy did for her, i would never leave her. Period. I know how to cherish someone and love someone who would do so e much for me but apparently, the taiwanese writer doesn't think so!!hahaha

Yesss, i watched showtime but till episode 2 or 3, iam waiting it to finish its 16 episode run because its delicious!! hahahaha....ohh please give it a try, don't always go by the comments , see if it has a happy ending or not, if it has the female and the male lead getting back together then go for it....i think i watched it till episode 5, half way through...as it is a thai drama i dont know which episode will be the last..it could go to 12 or even 20 episodes, let me see when it ends and i will tell you. Yes, the story is the same like others...but the only difference here is that the female lead, older than him, knows that he likes her from a long time back and she likes him too....but there are a lot of obstruction and social or lets say society issues which is keeping them apart...so lets see what happens , when the last episode airs i will see the comment section and see if it has the female and male leads getting married or being happy, if not, then i will stop watching it for sure!

I have to say, you're amazing with the amount you have seen. I generally can't watch these shows when working, as now is vacation time, where i teach, thats why iam able to go through these amazing masterpieces.

Hiii Dooh!! hhahahaha see didn't i tell you, you would love it...i just starting crying at the end and also inbetween, it was so powerful, yes i know, grown man crying is a bit too much but then to feel something so beautiful and pure, always brings tears. Yesss, i had also wished that there would have been another episode where they showed these two couples getting married and actually working together. It would have been awesome!!!

No i havent watched sound track yet!!i will, just this morning i finished watching a web series, its worth every minute mainly because the way way they managed the twists and turns was brilliant! ...and the episodes are 10 to 15 minutes long, having 20 episodes in total. The name of the show is "Destined to meet you" its amazing, short and sweet and amazing plot twists. Oh another drama i would suggest, if not you have already watched it is " My Dear Boy" its a taiwanese drama...its frustrating to say the least but instead of stopping i just kept watching...i just thought they could have ended the show way earlier but they didn't! as usual hahaha

oh and a movie called " Two Lights" 2018, it will warm your heart. Its a 30mins korean movie, i wont tell the story...its absolutely beautiful...
