Of course I have a fatal weakness! I think everyone has one when it comes to dramas,it's an addiction after all! :P I personally take ages to complete a drama! Literally! My dramas can sit on my CW list for months and I watch them reaaaally slow... I'm not proud, it's not good but dont feel too bad about your weakness!
So If I could suggest a way out of this I would say take your time to finish a drama, you might find something you missed out on! ( Just dont be like me hahahaha)

Now I think the villain could be Lee Soo Hyuk, he has displayed his skills as a murderous character in Scholar Who Walks At Night. As for the motive: maybe he was a former gisaeng seeking revenge? ( I need help with that.... I'm not good with creativity...)
