Unfortunately, this is the biggest disappointment of the year in BL series. We had high expectations after such a long delay and high budget. I won't even comment on the performances; I found even the veteran actors emotionless, but perhaps that's a problem with the direction.The story is boring and uninspired. Everyone knows they weren't going to reinvent the wheel, but I expected at least some good entertainment like The Hunger Games or Game of Thrones.

I did not like so much
Best BL of the century, of the world, of all time, of the year? Not for me.This BL is so slow that directors like Darren Aronofsky or Terrence Malick would be jealous.
The development of the romance is so slow and boring that it's more stagnant than a mere slow burn. Some people will say that wasn't the focus... fine, but the backstory is equally tedious, with the ghost woman who haunts the title character... there came a point where I wanted her to just take him already. At first, the shaman doesn't want to help him, so we see several episodes dragging on with nothing really happening, like that meme of hay rolling in the desert and the viewer watching... The two main actors perform as poorly as the others from the same company, but here we have a problem: Namping acts in such a disappointing and lukewarm way, while Keng .He seems like the passionate one of the pair. besides, it doesn't even seem like Khem is going to die at any moment... The positive points are that we see the money invested in the series, but the story itself is a bunch of boring nothingness.

This story seems to have started many other BLs this year with this horrible plot of the brothers, although I'm not a fan of addict heroin or the only one, but you can still watch it because they didn't grow up together, but this one, the oldest one, was a father figure and a brother, even though they're not blood relatives, I believe that in modern families this is the least important thing unless one needs a blood transfusion, it's for those with a strong stomach, I felt uncomfortable, it's not the kind of story that I like, I think brothers have other types of feelings.Was this review helpful to you?

i honestly don't have any negative criticisms to make, only that the story could have had more minutes and episodes, charismatic characters, performances in the right measure, and i've always liked martial arts, even the comedy i thought was in the right measure, some people felt uncomfortable with the absurd fights, but that was the proposal, like the cdramas from china, or even the anime characters, best kdrama of the beginning of 2025 for sure now is to wait for weak hero 2.was a pleasant surprise.
