I’ve been wanting another drama that’s as close to the confident pacing (which to others, may seem ‘slow’) of ‘On the Way to the Airport.’ Just when I thought there’s no hope, here came ‘Something in the Rain.’ I agree on every other point you noted above and like you, I hope that the remaining 8 episodes turn out to be paced and told the same way the first 8 were.

It's been an annual tradition I do: rewatching this, that is. And it's by far the only one I always gush over rewatching every time.
