please god js put the fl and sml on some remote island together and forget about them, would’ve been much better had it js been a standalone drama focusing on the ml and his struggle w loss/grief, guardianship of an infant child and juggling jobs and desires, genuinely would’ve somewhat mirrored some people’s actual experiences in a few or all regards like it had seemed to at the beginning, and if not, then would’ve been interesting for those who haven’t. what a disappointment, another somewhat rare case of the “romantic” element (lack thereof, ig in a way) taking away from the actual overarching plot.
