Janie and Gulf aren't playing their real ages in the drama. I believe the age gap within the story isn't that big, maybe 5-7 years. I do agree that the director could have made Gulf's character look a bit older. I know it can be done because he and Janie look 🔥 together on Gulf's Instagram picture that he used to promote the debut of the lakorn's airing.

I love healthy characters and relationships as well, so let's hope GatWa get to that point before the end of the lakorn, lol.

I don't know about lakorns, but a K-drama called "Fated to Love You"(You are my Destiny) (2014) is on the melodramatic side and starts off rather similar to URMMA with the female lead getting pregnant after a spending a drunken night with the male lead. - https://kisskh.at/9558-fated-to-love-you

To be fair, I don't believe lakorns are supposed to be light dramas. URMMA is not a cute, fluffy rom-com web series. These lakorn characters are going to be problematic with huge, glaring flaws, who all fuel an equally messy, flawed plot.

I see all the debate on Twitter about the contraceptive switch and stair scenes, lol. I highly doubt this lakorn is meant to be a moral compass, so if that is what you are looking for as a viewer, y'all are watching the wrong drama. And are lakorns supposed to even be "woke"? They are literally soap operas with extremely flawed characters and super messy plots?? Like, some are expecting way too much from a melodramatic soap opera.

With that kind of schedule, it is hard to keep up live viewing. I know ratings are important, but it's too much to watch 5x a week, almost 2 hours each day.
