I came across General's Lady & Chef Hua drama with Tang Min is Lead Actress on Youtube. I rarely have time to…
We actually got addicted to k drama and historical c drama via General Lady and chef Hua on YouTube this winter. After those we've done about 60 drama series and movies in the past 8 months. Looking forward to new work from Tang Min
Agree with you, it's a rehashed version the exorcist. Not really original but with a Korean twist and entertaining. So Dam was really good, very on point with her expressions. I had no trouble with the ending btw
Cute drama as mentioned before, liked it. But the OST rocks. That is one of my favourites OST.s of all time. Nothing is easy and love therapy get a special mention.👍
This film is far from lifeless. And did you write this with google translate?
You can have a different opinion about the movie, fine. But just be grateful that Senpai wrote a review. English as a first language or not, you did understand what she wanted to say right? Isn't that what counts......
@Senpai, thank you very much for all your reviews been reading quite a few last couple of months.
Wow reading your comment have me goosebumps haha, that's great that you came here. I had never watched or heard…
the best results I have for finding shows and dramas is https://www9.myasiantv.io/ (with the least spam) although the more arthouse ones are hard to find (still looking for a few movies with Park So Dam) so if you have any tips or tricks let me (e.g. us as a community) know, because when I look at your watchlist you're quite the veteran ;)
Thank you for your story. Let me just share mine. I got sucked in 6 months ago. For me it was also because I was fed up (and my wife too) with all the violance and doom and gloom from Holywood during this pandemic. The algoritmes of facebook actually introduced us. Because we watched Liziqi we got snippets from the historical rom com General's Lady on facebook, started watching and got hooked. (we did watch asian movies for about 20 years, here in the Netherlands you have a big international film festival which is focused on asian movies ( https://iffr.com )
I must say the K dramas, Historical Dramas and especially some feel good/healing shows like Hyori B&B and Gamsung Camping got my spirits up and gave me a positive vibe in these dark times. I'm at my 29th drama (incl. a few movies) and apparently seen 733 episodes so far 8)
btw for these drama's are for all ages, although rookie on my dramalist I'm from '72 just to show you that you're never to old to start.
Great list! Thank you! I'm always looking for drama with strong or smart FL etc (probably because my wife is one too :)). Seen quite a few of your recomendations but you've given me lots of new potentials. If I may trow in 3 drama's I absolutly loved: Girls Genaration 1979 Sunny The story of Ming Lan (this one might not be quite fitting with the other drama's but I'd say it covers all bases)
Well written, really enjoyable and bingable drama. Loved Han Ji Eun as "Italy", very versatile actress who isn't afraid to make fun of herself. Very different role to the ones in Be Melodramatic and Lovestruck. But the cast at a whole was spot on. Give me more of these!
I see I wasn't the only one having troubles to get along with Jung Hee (I stuck around ep 3 for quite a long for…
Spot on! I think you nailed it. From the beginning the story of Jung Hee was narrated by her older self. Missed that link in my head later on. Is indeed her perception of that turbulent year. Kudos for spotting it. Thank you
So far there are no GGWE with eng sub I can find. I watched it without eng sub and with minirecap..
thx, I watched a few bits via facebook, Like it because friends of ours live in the next village and its fun to see how they experience the south of france.
