Title Strangers from Hell Spoiler
A White Christmas-type of ending - forfeiting logic in order to deliver a twisty shocker of an ending. So Jong Woo killed them all in a dissociated state, but all evidence pointed to Moon Jo? And the cops were smart enough to differentiate the M.O. between the two cases, but didn't run a fingerprint analysis? Then again, the subs said they had Moon Jo's fingerprints and blood to back it up. Unless Jong Woo framed him, this does not make any sense, yet there is no indication or hint that he did such a thing. Am I missing something here?

There are many plot holes. A lot of things don't make sense at all, it's weird how people are praising it so much.…
I was very disappointed after so much praise. Weak writing, weak characterization, plot holes and inconsistencies galore that were simply too striking and distracting to ignore, supporting characters that were given nothing to do but advertise various sponsored products. The drama stood out with its graphic content and a truly disturbing performance from Kim Jae Wook, but everything else, and I do mean everything else, was amateur hour. The two main characters were barely sketches of real people and no amount of good acting could have saved them. Even by 2017 standards, you could do so much better than this.

Shin Sung Rok seems like such a perfect fit for Akiyama so I find it very weird that he plays the mastermind instead. I really couldn't have thought of a better fit if I tried and here they are casting him, but in another role. But who knows, Lee Sang Yoon might be able to portray the character well so I'll definitely give it a try even he doesn't give me the right vibe at all from my first impression. It's a different character for him, maybe he'll pull it off and defy all expectations. Matsuda Shota made this role extremely memorable so he really needs to step up his acting if he doesn't want to fall short. His image may be incompatible to the original jdrama character, but here's hoping he can do a good job and leave his own mark with his portrayal of the character.
