The main women is this drama were just so annoying especially in the first half of the drama. That female teacher was just too emotional and failed to see things from different angles. Trying to catch the bad guys with too many emotions and uprightness won’t work. I hated the scene where the prosecutor stepped on the bugging device when they were just about to get serious information but then they turned out to be irrelevant in the end. Didn’t also make sense that the bad guys were just Yu Beom Jin and his dad. A lot more people did some bad stuff as well. The question that remained in my mind is how does a high school student have that much power? Literally the entire school even the teachers were under his power. It’s not realistic.
This drama started well but became something else in the second half. But one thing remains constant: Park Ji Hoon kills these roles. I love watching him act.
This drama was a good watch though it had it's downsides. I will still recommend to anyone who wants to watch. Definitely worth watching.
The beginning of this drama was definitely captivating and hooking. It raised so many questions for me and the suspense kept me hooked. Lee Jong Suk's character development was amazing. From a lawyer who couldn't even defend himself from his clients when he lost the fraud case to someone who became an icon to the prisoners. One thing I've realized about Korean dramas is that they raise a lot of questions and do not do a good job in answering them. Tbh the Big Mouse reveal wasn't so shocking because if you paid attention to the drama you would have guessed long ago that No Park was Big Mouse. No Park was described as the fortune reader and Big Mouse used Tarot cards to communicate with Park Changho. It was so obvious. There was a lot of questions also on what exactly was in Seo Jaeyoung's paper but they did not tackle that. As at now i still ask myself what exactly was in that paper that caused a lot of deaths. The hospital's fishy business about forcing patients families to sign a DNR and not allowing them to move to different hospitals is stil not clear. What's the reason for that? We could infer from the flow of the drama that the patients were probably being used as experiments just like the model prisoners but at a point all of them were cleared from that ward. Where did they go and for what? Gong Jihoon was portrayed as big bad guy but somehow they managed to turn him into someone probably better than Choi Doha and deserving of the elder's company. It was obvious from the beginning that Choi Doha brought Park Changho onboard because he had something to hide. Choi Doha drugged Park Changho at the beginning yet his wife also went through the same thing. Was it him who drugged his wife or the blame is on Big Mouse. Doesn't make sense at all. One thing that kept baffling me was the fact that everyone who entered the tunnel in the mountain wore protective clothing but Ko Miho dared to enter there bare without protective clothing just to save a prisoner. It was obvious something would have happened to her after pulling that stunt. Her death was absolutely unnecessary. The writers didn't do justice to her at all. First off I kept asking myself how she had quickly progressed to stage 4 lymphoma like how?? And she never looked like someone who was dying. We never saw her going through chemotherapy that her doctor recommended like she had planned on dying. Like don't you at least try to save yourself before accepting your death. From the time of her announcement that she had been diagnosed to the time of her death Park Changho did not look like someone whose wife was about to die. Even when she died all he could say was I was happy. Like bruh!!! A cancer was not busy going through chemotherapy but was still following this whole Choi Doha business. Literally too many plotholes left in this drama. Hyejin's death too was entirely unnecessary and her ex did not even get punished for that. Her death was not even revealed sigh. Justice for Hyejin!!! And MOST OF ALL, CHOI DOHA DIED TOO EASILY FOR SOMEONE WHO CAUSED SO MUCH DESTRUCTION!
