The best excuse people have about hating this drama is that Hyun Woo wanted Hae In to die. To speak psychologically/realistically, people wish death for others when they're angry at them. I bet no one here hasn't experienced this. And also so many people talk s**t about others behind their back. Hyun Woo is no different. He's not some robot. He loved her again sm though.

Review Love Next Door
Yeah keep talking nonsense. The leads had the best chemistry and how did the cancer and dementia never make a point?? The cancer dove into the life of the FL and taught her that she should've told everyone about it, rather than getting depressed. They taught a lesson that if someone in the family falls down then the others should fall down with them too and they should all get back on their feet together. The dementia made the mother realize how much she loves her husband and son. She now smiles and is always happy which is the opposite of what she was.
