I don't know if you meant a jdrama with the same genre as this or just generally a drama as good as this. but maybe you can try these: -Only Just Married- it has the same cohabitation trope -My dear exes- totally different plot but the cinematography has the same vibes - First love: hatsukoi- pining is such a good look on male leads and both these dramas have them
bonus: (coz I have to promote my all time fave jmovie) -Daytime shooting star- it's a movie but the plot twist is immaculate
