Arata is "Ultraman". Likely, the same entity that caused the death of the kaiju from the beginning and the same that lifted the carcass into space in the ending.

It is not there still, though.

I have not seen the movie yet. But since it came from the same director and writer for "R-Point," this movie feels exciting to me.

This film is a rarity, even on the internet. Anyone knows where I might come across an English-subbed stream or download for this?

I am also wondering the same thing. I literally cannot find this anywhere, let alone as RAW.

For a 2015 film, this is mysteriously without much internet presence, aside from the Asian Wiki page about it.
