Song Hwa is cute, she has a lovely smile. I never thought I'd like Yang Seok-hyung this much. the character build-up of this drama is top notch. I see so many comments mentioning it as boring. they must understand that it's not typical lovey-dovey medical drama like Dr. Romantic or superhero medical drama like Doctor John. Donno about medical accuracy, but they did a great job portraying friendship, the struggle of patients' guardians, the pressure of doctors, and how it affects their personal lives. just amazing
