I love TG, TB, and TW and JSA. I'm a big Kang-Ho Song fan. I'll be passing on Love Letter. Not my cuppa.
His performances never disappoint even if the movie does.

Shiina Kippei is the 2nd male lead. The star, Higashiyama Noriyuki, isn't currently liste. I tried editing, but I'm not sure it worked.

I first saw him in Gokusen. Since then I've been calling him Japanese Prince (yes, the dude that likes purple). I dunno why, but he looks like him to me. Anywho, I always enjoy his performances. I think he should stick to acting personally. I'm not a crier, but Smile actually got some tears out of me.

It's always good to see TK!! I totally forgot about Mulan! Thanks for the memory nudge. I've seen Jaycee Chan in a couple of movies. He's pretty good; coming into his own as opposed to just being Jackie's son now. It's good to know he's in it. Thanks again.

Next should be Nakama Yukie! :D Or the child actress Kim Yoo Jung. She is AMAZING.
Nakama is my favorite Japanese actress. I try to watch everything she's in.

This drama is dubbed!? This is the first time I've heard about this. Why though? They all can speak fluent Mandarin?…
I've noticed they dub a lot of the native Canto speakers into Mando and vice versa no matter if their fluent or not. I read something awhile ago that said they'll also dub you if they don't like your accent or dialect. They do it in wuxia all the time. I think it's kind of rude, but what do I know.

I've been stalking Taku-kun for years ever since I saw One Million Stars. He's very charismatic. When I ran out of dramas, I even started watching SMAPxSMAP. (I also stalk Katori Shingo so it's a win/win for me.) Not much to say about him that you guys didn't except, the hair. Can we talk about the hair? I wanna play in his hair like he's a giant Barbie head.

Thanks for reminding me about Little Black Dress. I'd forgotten about it. I'm a HUGE Song Kang Ho fan. I'm happy to see one of his movies recommended. I stumbled upon Howling as it was mislabeled as horror. It was still very good.

Somewhere in these 129 comments you've prob been told you skipped the Chinese version of HYD. If you haven't seen it, don't even sweat it. It's not worth watching (nope never finished). I have to agree with your ordering though sometimes MG and HYD switch places depending on my mood. Like most MG was my first, but they also have the most chemistry. They were fun to watch. And Jerry's Dao Ming Si was unbeatable. He also was the only one I believed lived an opulent lifestyle. HYD Jpn has the talent. Shun, Matsujun, and Shota can act rings around any of the guys in the other versions. They also had the best writing and production value. I'm glad there is someone else out there who didn't swallow the BoF kool-aid. It's good for what it is, but it's not the best version.
