I feel like I'm watching 2 different dramas when watching this one. One part seems like a romantic comedy while the other is a crime solving murder mystery. The fact that there's no crime or mystery tag and that the plot description on mdl only describes half of what this drama is about, really threw me off when I started this drama.
You know, I just realize the secondary couple were main leads in a drama together. No wonder when they were together, I always felt like I've seen them together before. lol
YesYes. FL has more screentime with her ex bf. She never leave him.Yes. ML is cuckold, FL is bully. Their relationship…
It's because her ex always pops up to help her out in situations. She sees him as a friend but he sees her as trying to win back her heart with these good deeds and she doesn't really set that boundary to her ex that she's not interested in him. Most of the FL & her ex scenes are related to the past or involved around the women's clothing company so I would say you wouldn't be missing much if you skip the scenes together of just them two.
For me personally, this drama would've been the best like a 10, had the writers not prolong the abusive dad plot until the very end. We just couldn't get the last week of episodes full of happiness now because of this. I really hated Ep 11 ending. My rating for this drama likely be lowered if the good dad ends up dying.
Ep 11 best moments: * Ran Joo's finding out the reason she was named Ran Joo * Ran Joo singing her mom's song * Ki Ho's family, not guilty * Mok Ha & Ki Ho's smiling and kissing scenes
Not sure I have the stomach for another evil stepmother right now.
And it had to be the same lady who played the annoying pathetic mom in My Lovely Liar. lol. I liked her in all of the Dr. Romantic series so I just can't get use to her being like this 😆.
Now that 2 episodes are out, how much of the historical scenes are there in this drama compared to Moon in the…
The first episode was all historical. The second episode was focus on the present time. The only historical aspects that was in Episode 2 was shown on TV as a K-drama. lol.
My guess is from here on out, if they were to show the historical part to this drama, it'll likely occur in the beginning of the episode like it's a flashback and then primarily focus on the present time afterwards.
I really hope we can finally end the abusive dad character tomorrow. No need to prolong it to the final week of episodes. The last week of episodes should be more focus on Mok Ha's singing career and Ran Joo's story. More Ki Ho and Mok Ha being together moments is a plus.
My tear emoji went from this 🤣 when the evil witch stepmom got slapped in the face and her plan failed, to this tear emoji 😠towards the end of Ep 15.
Definitely a favorite for 2023, actually it's my first favorite kdrama for 2023. I've seen my share of kdramas this year but this by far has been the most enjoyable and one I could watch again.
For me, the best moment of Ep 13 is when Yi Chan was singing a song for Cheong Ah and sign language the lyrics. That was so sweet.
When Yi Chan told Eun Gyeol that it felt like Eun Gyeol didn't care or have concerns about Cheong Ah, it's exactly how I feel as a viewer. I mean, Eun Gyeol stated in one episode that he will do anything to make his young mom smile and to not cry. Since then, he hasn't done much to help her with that, like eliminating the evil witch. She's been through so much. Looks like he'll finally continue that promise in the next episode.
And hooray! Eun Gyeol & Eun Yu finally know the other is from 2023. They were already getting close with each other, but this will definitely make them even closer as they help each other out with the rest of the time they have left in 1995.
The real question for us is who is Ki Ho as an adult? Bo Geol or Woo Hak? If we go based on who's the main lead, then it should be Bo Geol, but if we go by based on who they cast as Ki Ho, the facial similarities fall onto Woo Hak. I hope we don't have to keep guessing for too long.
I really hope something bad happens to that evil witch step mom. Oooh i can't stand her. Good thing there were so many great moments in ep 10 that happened that overpowered the scene with that evil witch.
Ep 11 best moments:
* Ran Joo's finding out the reason she was named Ran Joo
* Ran Joo singing her mom's song
* Ki Ho's family, not guilty
* Mok Ha & Ki Ho's smiling and kissing scenes

Also, did you know, the new Wednesday/Thursday drama "Moon in the Day" just premiere today and will finish before this drama does.
