I can't compare this drama to dramas from 10 years ago because I didn't watch them then, but I just wanted to point out that this drama doesn't have so much violence compared to other modern dramas, and I watch mostly rom-coms, sometimes with a hint of thriller. But I think times have changed and it is possible that this violence may have increased over the years.

I think you're exaggerating a bit, I don't think this drama contains a lot of violence, I've seen a lot of dramas with similar levels of violence
