3 years ago when mama jin saved her fr the lake, she was still alive, as master lee said, no wonder naksu never went wild becos she was in a jiyowon priestess body and she never took over the body via alchemy but that her soul was locked in the body. and also mama jin said that bo-yeon called her mother, and master lee also confirmed that both souls naksu and bo-yeon are in the body. and the body (bo-yeon) relies on naksu´s energy while bo-yeon's soul is clinging onto naksu's energy. so master lee gave mama jin a choice; to see bo-yeon's body alive using naksu's soul by removing bo-yeon's soul. Master lee asked her to decide if she wants to see bo-yeon (body) alive with naksu's soul or see her daughter die. As bo-yeon's body recovers with naksu's energy, her face turns human and resembles naksu. "body and soul must be one for her not to run wild". being with a "new body" all memory and energy are lost. but she also said that her power will come back if she regain memory.
as naksu said (bo-yeon body) to jang uk, I may have deceived you but not everything is a lie.... also might have triggered some memory/power when she fell into the water..... thus able to turn off the light...my guessing... but im happy with the setup that jang uk "married" her :-DDDD
