The novel that this was based on was actually a mature one and involved transmigration. If I remember it correctly, the translation for this was unfinished. The FL transmigrated and woke up in bed with several of the princess' male concubines. She was completely unaware of what happened and that fact made this story interesting, at least for me. I never read a Chinese novel with 'reverse harem' so I found this a fun and interesting read. Honestly, the princess being replaced by the assassin is the root of the problem, that's why the story is a mess. I get why they did it though, I read that the transmigration wouldn't have been approved for release. I dropped this when this was still ongoing and I picked it back up today essentially for Song Weilong. This was actually the first series I saw him in. The actress for the FL is someone I like too. I just finished watching her in 'A Girl Like Me'. Overall, I wish they did better with this. The set design is impressive though. I'd probably just distract myself with Song Weilong, Gabrielle Guan and the set design's aesthetic in order to get through this.

Just starting to watch this, lemme just say this first: Bella Campen must have saved an entire nation in her past life.

If only Thai lakorn poster artists exerted the same effort as the person who did the poster for this movie. Mon is so pretty. I can't take Senior seriously coz I've seen the actor on a drama where he plays a total douche. Overall, this movie was entertaining.

This was beautiful. I loved how they wrote Prissana. I love how the romance wasn't focused on physical intimacy and the kisses were mixed with longing but mostly pure. Another one for my top faves!

It was his lover's fault to be exact, he tore his family apart. What annoys me is that she could have been written better, like you can't just sit there and cry your eyes out while being abused. I understand some would freeze in critical times but hers was just a floodgate and somehow she lacks basic instincts like you know these people are bad why the hell are you just letting them in your house? I sort of understood by the end tho, but still...she could have been written better.
