It was good until the point when they introduced Ham and after that things werent that interesting and just felt hectic. What I felt was that they tried to put too many things in a short period of time and ultimately took the jazz out of it making things a bit too plain. The ending was also somewhat lacking with not giving closure to everything which would be understandable if there is a second season otherwise not good. But have to say, pre Ham the show was really good and the cases were also very interesting to the point where i was even wondering if there wasnt going to be a second season I would start watching the US version to find out what happens.
I just finished this and I couldn't agree with you enough on why this drama isn't more popular! It made me realize…
This one is really special for me because most dramas they focus more on the main leads but this, in a way you could say there were no leads and also that everyone was main. It focused on the lives of each different characters and more importantly gave an ending to each of those characters which is what really touched me. I hope more dramas do this, instead of just telling us about the main guys they would also tell us about how other characters also end up at the end of the drama.
When Zz and LY was sitting on the bench.LY makes zz mad because he didnt give attention to her while tehy are…
Like I said there is another version which you will find in maplestage, where after confessing she says something and then the episode title comes where you see her walking away.
can someone explain me Is ping is an emperor all over this era ? if he is, why Duke Yuan and cao cao (i'm not…
have started this recently but what i have got this far is that - the whole drama is about precisely what you are asking about. Even though there is an emperor the kingdom is more or less in hands of four feudal lords who fight each other because who ever has more lands would actually be more of a king rather than the king himself. And this is what Ping brother asked him to do, try and get back the kingdom under the imperial family. Hope I am right and it helps you.
I agree, CJL is such a bad character, how can she accuse him of lying all the time and he even tries to prove…
I have stopped at 18 and will watch after all the episodes are subbed. But yeah it does get frustrating when she doesnt believe him but accuses him of being dishonest later on. There were times when I wanted him to just be done with her and storm off.
Wth! he actually did disappear. His future self but not the past self.
I have watched till 18 eps so didnt know about that. But why future one, i mean i get its logical ( if logic does apply) but his future self is in love with her not his past. I just hope the writers give a sensible ending rather than just a ending.
seriously even after 17 eps. I don't get why CJL character is written this way, it completely doesn't go with the character KZY. Moreover I sort of hate the ones who always try to be strong character but when its actually needed they become dumber than a bag of bricks.
Btw seeing the ending song (which is just awesome) I get this feeling that they might twist it and instead of her, he disappears.
My best would be 1 - NIF 2 - MHF 3 - Eternal Love 4 - Rookie Agent Rouge 5 - Across The Ocean To See You 6 - Ode To Joy 7 - When a snail falls in love 8 - Love Me If You Dare
And many more. Actually I like cdramas more than kdramas because irrespective of how they end, every cdrama has something unique in their plot that catches your interest and makes you watch it. Some might feel the length of cdramas make them off putting but to me thats the good thing with cdramas because you get to see character growth. It might not work everytime but when it does, you get a beautiful thing.
I really like the show but the only problem i have is that I dont like the facial expessions of the female lead. For some reason its seems like she is frowning all the time. But the actress playing Ji Rou has done a good job as far as I have seen her in the show.
Hope I am right and it helps you.
Interestingly how not so unusual...
