I would have agreed about not bringing up if this happened before they entered relationship. I feel when situation like this arises it's best to communicate it to partner. Transparency and being honest is key. No one will like if their partner hides being confessed to by a past when they are in relationship. If roles were reversed nxg would have berated ly for hiding it from her and not considering her important enough to know. I hope she does in future because that's the right way to go about it. Everyone has their own preference. For me i prefer romance to be natural and as per age. When directors fail to do that I find it them mocking their audience intelligence and maturity. Sensuality is part of any adult relationship and they should not shy away from showing it. It's a failure for a romance drama
