I think the 16 episodes means the total number of episodes in both seasons, so there should be 8 in the second season just like in the first one

I don't think it was a real ghost in Moon Young's case. She couldn't move when she opened her eyes and you could really feel that she was still dreaming until Kang Tae woke her up. Now that I think about it that "ghost" at the hospital could be the woman that thought Moon Young was her daughter but I'm not too sure about that

Same, the woman that thought Moon Young was her daughter also roamed around like a ghost so it probably is one of the patients.
