Woo hoo!🥰 And those affectionately-loving eyes 👀 from LBY which seems to say "there is only you within my sight" .... 🤤🤤🤤 so looking forward to when CSS falls in love too!
Not sure why, but i guess everyone has their own take on which drama is their cup of tea. We respect that. And sometimes dramas will appeal at a different mood or stage. Personally i love how this drama is going, the seriousness, the slow paced, the humor, to explore beyond the surface feelings and why did they do what they do, the cinematography, directors take on music used, the acting, story, conversation etc etc etc. But what we like may not be what others r looking for at this stage. So yups, we have voted, loved and still loving it. So just enjoy the drama n hopefully as drama unravels, more will cast higher votes😊
Can you elaborate please on how CSS got hurt and suffered after LBY did a killing spree on the Ling brothers?…
Yups that is right - i think the entire Ling family was entire massacred. I didnt not read the novel though but glean in the numerous info from precious commentators earlier 🤣 and also the video of her wearing red asking if he has anything to say and she on a horse and saving LBY.
I still think LBY was really kind in the way he talked to CSS in this episode, even though they were arguing.…
Agree! He knew it was CSS causing disturbance to the memorial yet his love for her is overpowering. I would imagine if it was someone else causes trouble, goodness what would their end be! His patience for her to grow n willing to be her partner in crime is awesome.
Guys, we are watching a drama. Look what lltg can make us do 😂 Let the leads quarrel a bit so it will be sweeter…
Yups this drama is relatable and the concerns raised are real from each perspective! Would love to see the development process which i thought that is what this drama is good at. Not rushing n putting issues aside, but raise realistic issues and see how they are slowly resolved.
I also like the part where the empress explained how parents viewpoint is different from child. In today's society, esp prevalent in some more than other, parents would use words to compare kids to wana push theur own kids further - not realising this would hurt kids instead.
This drama raises issues that are really close to our hearts.😍
Whilst every drama is different, i appreciate how this slow burner LLTG is. CSS doesnt have sudden changes for the better or falls in love suddenly. The couple are imperfectly perfect. While this week seems to be growth of CSS, at the background, we still have LBY growing from his pain to deal with as well.
The parallel experience - both CSS n LBY have are deep rooted pain in their hearts, perhaps is somewhat that made LBY feel for CSS at first. They would suffer repercussions of exacting their own revenge - which meant hurting their loved ones. For CSS, LBY bore the punishment (albeit staged). For LBY, it would be few days before wedding, where CSS was so hurt and suffered to extent of cancelling the wedding. After watching yestd 2 ep, i would somewhat understand the double blow of CSS coz LBY was the one who first said to be open, to discuss n share their plans n thoughts. I look forward to better understand them, and how they get healed n be well emotionally and mentally.
I really love the part second chances were given by the emperor, empress n LBY n CSS.
As we move into more episodes of part 2, i was curious why title "月升沧海"was used. Went to google the link between moon n tides and got this "High tides and low tides are caused by the moon. The moon's gravitational pull generates something called the tidal force. The tidal force causes Earth—and its water—to bulge out on the side closest to the moon and the side farthest from the moon. These bulges of water are high tides." Perhaps this is why the 2nd part is more serious n intriguing, where some serious currents are accumulating beneath before creating huge tidal waves? Would love to understand more if anyone has insight on this. Looking forward to overcoming challenges ahead!
Yups! And her tears too. Am reminded of the break up scene of LY n CSS - i didnt expect to be so moved and brought into their emotional struggle. It was amazing.
I like that YS stood up for CSS and showed genuine concern at during the aunty hoo-ha...
Hahahahah😆😆😆 and the uncle's joy at finally being released from wifey dear and moreover she was shipped to temple and he a free man!!!
