Hi, is this supposed to be 10 episodes? Does anyone know? Also, is there a website where I can watch currently airing lakorns right after they've been aired in Thailand? Can any kind soul PM me the link? I'm super curious about the plot development and waiting for the subbed episodes can take quite a long time. Thanks in advance.
I watched this with 0 expectations and ended up with basically 0? Nothing memorable for me after spending more than 1 hour for this. The ML looks a bit like Shinee's Min Ho and that's all that I could remember from the series. If you just want to kill some time, this might be a decent watch for you.
I didn’t really connect to this drama til episode 4-5. Then something really tugged at me and I really started…
IKR? I was having trouble sleeping and decided to revisit this drama on my Netflix. I saw the first two episodes and fast forwarded A LOT (mostly because of young Hani's character). For some reason, I thought EP 6 was pretty good. It made me watch EP 5, 4 and 3 and by then I was able to sleep while yearning for EP 7 to come faster :P I have other feel-good dramas lined up but I think I'm going to squeeze in this one just because the OTP is adorable in their own ways.
Ok, watched Ep 1 - 3 and I liked it so far. As expected, it's somewhat similar to Midnight Diner and I have no complaints. The episodes are short and the meals are instant as well as the narrative from each customer. The cast is wonderful too. It's perfect for my short breaks in between. I somehow feel a bit energised after watching each episode.
I'm interested to watch this due to the synopsis, plus the length fits so well with my schedule. I'm not very familiar with the cast except for Miyazawa Hio, watched him in Gisou Furin and he was kind of okay. The comments seem favorable so I'm going to give this a go! I'm pretty psyched to be honest :D
I saw cherry magic and that somehow led me to this. I'm contemplating whether I should give it a go. I like that it's only 6 episodes so I don't have to wait for so long to finish the series. So far the comments here are very promising. Gosh... to watch or not to watch...
I never understand why 2 grown adults would go to an amusement park for a date, but I really enjoyed Nami/Jun's…
He did propose to her at the end of the episode. He asked Nami to listen to his request and said that he wanted Nami to be his wife. He would quit his job as a cameraman and would take over his family's business. Oh and he wanted Nami to come with him to Kanazawa. Apparently Jun rented the whole skate park!
2 more episodes and we're done with NamiJun. I'm experiencing the usual bittersweet feeling when a favorite drama is coming to its end. I love EP 8 but Nami's smile at the end made me wonder what's next for her and Jun. I'm even more curious about Reiko & Ugajin's relationship after this. Can't wait to watch the subbed version!!
I thought I wouldn't enjoy EP 7 but there were quite a few heart-warming scenes that left me in smiles. The Tokyo outing scene was cute! Nami's mom's reaction is literally me! and the ending ... squeee!
Try these positive shows!Uchi no Musume wa, Kareshi ga Dekinai [currently airing, witty, sensitive & fun]Horimiya…
Thank you so much :) These dramas are right up my alley. I'm going to have field day sorting out my schedule to watch these. Please recommend me more if you have the time. I'm open to C-dramas as well. I'm going to start with Neechan No Koibito. I watched a movie with Hayashi Kento before (he's gay in that one). Thanks again for the list :)
I may be wrong but it almost felt like Suzuki was over Jun and Nakazawa may actually stand a chance?I don't know…
Same here. I was rather taken aback by his expression towards Nakazawa. It's as if he's pulling Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde or something. It made me think whether he's genuinely a sweet-puppy like guy or was he just masking his own frustration over the choices that he'll have to face as the future Head of Horai Pulp & Paper. After watching EP6 for the second time, I think Jun's was just upset/worried about Rio and to have another person 'interfering' or telling him how to treat his GF was the last thing that he wanted to hear. He was quite perceptive (as seen during the glamping), so maybe he's also aware about Nakazawa's feeling towards Nami?
It irks me that Nami would just assume things as always. At this point, I wish she'd be more confident and better in handling her personal relationship because IMO she's not doing super great at work either. I don't know why but EP 6 didn't quite hit the spot for me.
I watched the drama without knowing about the film. I FF-ed many scenes throughout the series, yet I didn't do the same with the film. The FL can be quite 'aggressive'(?) but kind of attractive in her own ways and wasn't the character that I imagined her to be (maybe because I watched the drama first) while the ML is better here than the drama (IMO). P.S. Thanks to Takeshi Kaneshiro, I enjoyed the film even more. I would definitely watch this again if I miss him and have the time to do so.
Reiko was adorableeeeeeeeee in the way she fumbled around the VP. Looking forward to their date!! Rio seems nice…
Rio seems to be a nice person. Maybe we won't gain an evil second FL this time. Btw, Nakazawa is looking really HOT in this episode. I wonder what's different about him in this episode. I like that he's much 'softer' towards Nami now
I really can't decide what to do with this drama. I wanted to drop it only to end up watching the next episode. Just when I felt that the drama was going somewhere and I was somewhat invested in the characters, I felt detached (?) from the characters (again!). I'm not really a fan of Ro Woon but I'd be lying if I were to say I didn't drop this show if it weren't for him.
I hope Nami is going to take some responsibility after igniting the flames with that Kiss. Can she be forthright…
I'm with you on this. I want to see more development in her character. So far, despite appearing to be carefree and "puppy-ish," Jun's character seems to be pretty decent in conveying how he feels towards Nami though I was kind of bummed when he couldn't explain himself (at the rooftop) what the Kiss meant to Nami.
that I could remember from the series. If you just want to kill some time, this might be a decent watch for you.
