i watched the first 10 episodes on kisskh... hopefully theyll update with the latest episodes. However, I think those first 10 were probably from before in 2023 when it was first being broadcasted...before it got canceled for censorship.
I was really looking forward to this drama. And actually really enjoyed it in the first couple of episodes.
Now that we are up to episode 19, I feel like its definitely starting to slow down. Nothing has really happened in terms of the storyline for the main leads. The fml's character is starting to flatten out, she doesn't really feel or show any emotions. I can understand how this might be true for her character because of her past experiences that caused her to become more timid and reserved. But, the story is just not reaching the audience. Its fustrating to watch at this point.
What's keeping me from leaving is the second female lead. Her acting is refreshing and is actually multifaceted.
I'm watching the best thing and filter along with this drama, and those 2 are much more interesting. You won't find my fingers at a constant hover above the skip key unlike this drama.
They need to start speeding things up or im gonna give up watching.
OMG i cried so hard for the episode where guyi loses her mom. It was so sad and the acting really touched my heart. I think after they became official, the drama got a little boring. But it picked up in speed during the last 4 episodes. I think the timing for the ending was perfect. I feel like most chinese dramas end too abruptly. But i felt really comfortable watching this ending. It was perfect. Also the love scenes at the end are to die for. They are just too cute.
This is so good. Everything about this just tickles my brain. Does anyone know how this drama is doing in china?? I feel like there's not that much press on it which is crazy cause this drama is so good.
GUYS STOP SLEEPING ON angels fall sometimes!! Its so good!! Highly recommend!! If you like a good cry go watch it! If you don't like sad dramas...just go watch it you won't regret it! It's sad but its also very warmhearted so don't be afraid to start it!
Just curious, does anyone know how this drama is doing in mainland china? is it popular? I feel like this is one of the few dramas that I've seen where the acting is actually real and raw and not over-exaggerated. And the story line is just too good to not be appreciated by many.
I was on the verge of tears throughout ep 10 and 11 but what pushed me over the edge was his boss offering to…
I really didn't like the boss in the begining but I think that's just the hard shell he puts on due to past trama. I love how he's actually so supported to the ml...its so heartwarming!
What her father saying here on ep 17 prev? Something about break up or am I mistaken? https://v.qq.com/x/cover/mzc00200ca6cwl2/g0048jpgb85.html
He's saying something like "if calling me selfish will stop you from leaving then ill be selfish" I'm not sure what he means by saying that tho...like where is she even going? the begining of the trailer seems to indicate that they have already broken up and shes confronting him- thinking that he's faking his illness as an excuse to break up with him. I can't wait to see what happens next!!
I NEED HIM IN MORE DRAMAS AS MALE LEADDDDD!!! He is such a versatile actor and he really deserves to be in more dramas as a male lead. I can't keep getting second lead syndrome from him. I just can't. Please someone give this man some more main lead ROLESSS!!
I dropped at ep 30. I didn't watch the original korean version so I have no point of comparison. I also didn't…
Yes! I fell in love with Richard Wang from A River Runs Through It (highly recommend). He is the reason I watched this drama and was the only reason I stayed!!
I don't know if it's a HYX thing but I observed that most, if not all, of her dramas feature own actors' voices.…
Yah I've noticed that too. If she is then thats awesome and I want her to keep doing that. It may also be that newer Cdramas are navigating towards using less voiceovers since all Cdramas have been reusing the same voice actors over and over again. It's kinda hilarious but really annoying. Different characters from different dramas having the exact same voice.
One of the best youth/adult dramas in the history of Chinese dramas. Everything is much more realistic than what is usually portrayed in 2020-2021 Cdramas. The common annoying voiceovers were barely used except on the Lin You girl which was great. I loved how the girl wasn't the typical 2-dimensional clumsy girl that Cdramas like to typically portray. The main male lead was awesome, I loved how he didn't have an unrealistic Chinese male voiceover and actually had character to his voice and wasn't the typical icy boy that Cdramas love to use. Was refreshing to watch and was very enjoyable. For those that can't find the later episodes try using dramacool!
