What child wouldn't cry when he's been attacked by ghosts, seen people dying in front of him and watched his loving father turn into a complete monster? The poor kid's been traumatized.

Why is this drama getting so much negative feedback already? I actually really like it so far. The acting is great, the music is good and the story line is fast paced and action packed. The only thing I was bothered by was the CGI and honestly, it's not that bad. It's not the best but I've seen much, much worse. Other than that, great start so far. I'm already attached to the characters and I'm looking forward to seeing the adult actors next week. :D

I think it has to do with how it's said in Korean. Since "medal" is the same in both English and Korean, they have M for the first initial but as for the second part, it has a Korean translation that it starts with a J (well, the equivalent of J in hangul). You can sort of hear it when he calls her by that nickname. It's just a guess, I'm not exactly sure since I don't speak Korean myself so I might be wrong.

Two words: Severus Snape.

The second half of episode 10. ;-; Whyyyy? Of course, everything had to go wrong. The past few episodes were suspiciously too happy, something was bound to happen soon. (Not that I'm complaining, I could've watched another 10 episodes of them being lovey-dovey and happy. This couple is just too cute >w<). But Gun and Mi Young should really consider investing in a lock. It would save them from a lot of trouble with his nosy stepmother. It bothers me how easily she is able to just enter their rooms and snoop around. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, IF THE WRITERS PULL THE AMNESIA CARD NEXT WEEK, I WILL GO BALLISTIC. D:<

It'll probably be released on the drama OST sometime in the future so you just have to wait it out for a few weeks.

Both are very well done dramas about a group of friends who have been together since their youth (high school, college). It goes back and forth a lot, with scenes in the present where they are catching up and talking about the good old days and scenes from the past during their youth. There's also a big mystery about who ends up with who. They give you little hints in the present scenes and very slowly start to reveal who it is and how it happened during the past scenes. I personally preferred Reply 1997 because it was the first one I watched BUT I strongly recommend you watch both. Unlike most sequels, Reply 1994 really lived up to expectations. They're both hilarious and nostalgic (especially if you grew up in the 90s) and you'll find that the characters grow on you a lot. They are both definitely worth to see. Happy watching! :)

I really like how this drama breaks the stereotype for main lead guys. Instead of being the typical rude and spoiled jerk, Gun is kindhearted and responsible. I was pleasantly surprised by how mature he was about everything and how well he treats Mi Young. He even won over his in-laws and shows a lot of potential as a dad (going to the prenatal classes, reading to the baby). I really hope he'll stay like this throughout the drama. :)

Does anyone else think they should make a spin-off drama with Soo Ha working as a police officer? :D They could even have Joong Ki there and have them work as partners. It'd make a great comedy/detective drama.
