Tbh personally i think its not bad. I quite like it. At first you might think like ugghh but as the story goes, there is a twist and the truth come out, its actually not bad. Overall the story are easy to follow, its engaging enough & the actors/actress are eye candy.
*I love ML (Chen Si) styling here. He looks great. His role are possessive/domineering & straight forward but he still got his humanity unlike 2ML (his stepbrother). Eg; He love his stepbrother & actually doesnt care about who got the position as head family, try to save people who got into accident, etc. *2ML otoh look soft but he got inferiority complex and all lies. Lying about saving FL, try to kill his own brother, etc.
Why there is some of his drama not listed here? For eg: "Husband, Please Fall In Love With Me" (with Han Yu Tong) & "Only She is The Picture" (with Zhao Jia). Both of this drama is really good! Chen Si is sweetheart in both drama. He look really good too.
This is a good drama if you want something different/ something dark. Both ML & FL are not the typical "good" (hero/heroine) people due to various factor like life situation, environment growing up, desperation, etc. They are both "broken". But they suit each other very well. Overall compare to other version, this one have good acting, better ending, more intensity.
I love both ML & FL. The whole drama is very cute and funny. It just make you feel like marriage is not bad at all if you got such loving husband. There are few parts that make you feel so emotional for the husband. His love for her is truly amazing.
Watching this movie last night with my sister. Not bad actually. I kinda enjoy it. My sister also the same. Personally we think that it was not that scary. It was more like a good mixture of scary, gory, family and action kind of movie. As an asian, i find the ghost story to be.. i dont know the right word to describe it.. i dont think the word relatable are suitable but more like the concept are not that foreign here? Like a ghost or creature that exist from a result of black magic. So it was kinda interesting for me and my sister. The ending are quite sad but also what I kinda expected. If you ever heard any story of black magic, you will understand that the curse already done. They can try to save people and find the cure, but its hard when you know nothing about it in the first place or when it was your first time encountering it. That is what happen to this family and villagers. No one knows anything about this ghost. So overall I would say the movie are not bad. Its not perfect but it still quite good.
