there is not much romance in this show. its more of dark psychological crime drama

I think this is more of a psychological drama from his perspective and these kinds of drama are more serious so not much humour I suppose. It's quite dark and I felt myself staring in horror at some scenes. How can someone go through something like this? If I were him, I think I will be like a withered flower. Many genius are really dull irl haha! Hope you will decide to watch the drama again!

One of the best psychological drama i have seen, definitely underrated. I got hooked onto it and watched the next season. Definitely will watch again! Love the way they pieced the edits and storytelling. Will never forget this.

I felt that it is one of the best psychological crime drama that I will never forget. The way they pieced the edits are just so damn wonderful. It's a rollercoaster ride and sometimes, you will never expect what happens next. I love it!

It's not considered incest when they are not related by blood... But it's understandable why the male lead is acting like that... The story isn't perfect but it doesn't deserve a 1 star. It's neither a 10. There are many other dramas like that, with the guy being a harassment, even meteor garden is like that. It's way beyond me how this story gets so much hate but others are being "idolised"

I honestly don't understand what you were saying but... Here's the sad truth: it's really difficult for women to find a boyfriend after 30. Women are like wine: they get better with age, but after awhile things change. The ability to produce babies deteoriate as age increases. Furthermore, in certain countries, its not normalised for women to date younger guys as women are usually more mature than men, but it doesn't mean that men at a younger age are immature. Age doesn't define maturity. But when women are seen with younger men, there is this double standard and people are compelled to think that the woman is trying to seduce younger guys. Usually women are the one who take the most hit in these relationships. It isn't wrong for a woman to like younger guys, just that it isn't a society norm yet in certain countries. Different countries have different cultures and society norms, it may be different in yours. But this drama is in China setting.
